Essay on my trip to Nha Trang city
My first visit to Nha Trang, a coastal city in Vietnam, was three years ago. It was a pleasant and memorable trip.
Nha Trang, the Capital of Khanh Hoa province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Vietnam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so attractive. Waves crashing onto the cliffs; the soft sigh of the sea breeze; clean white sands and turquoise waters; it all makes for a marvelous landscapes. It’s no accident that Nha Trang is often compared to a Mediterranean City. During my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach – a chance of breathing in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands. Hon Tre is the largest among the islands, and Monkey island is, as the name suggests, the home of hundreds of wild monkeys. Yen island is known for its swifts’ nests. Tri Nguyen island is the location of an outdoor aquarium housing more than 400 species of fish, crustaceans and other marine life.
That trip, I spent the whole day roaming the Ponaga Cham towers. These ancient Hindu temples were built from the 7th to 12th century. Many of the sandstone statues from this time still remain among the red brick towers, typical of Cham architecture.
Nha Trang is the city in harmony: its fine weather, favorite position and friendly people bring it a certain balance. Nha Trang is a perfect tourist destination. As I left, I was reminded of one reason I like the place so much. I hope to have chance to come back.

Không phải là điều ngẫu nhiên khi Nha Trang thường được so sánh với thành phố Biển Địa Trung Hải. Trong dịp đi thăm Nha Trang hồi đó, tôi thường dậy sớm vào buổi sáng đi tản bộ dọc theo bờ biển – một dịp để hít thở không khí biển trong lành và thưởng thức cảnh bình minh trên biển. Một điểm thu hút tôi ba năm trước và giờ vẫn như thế là tổ hợp các hòn đảo nhỏ ngoài khơi.Hòn Tre là một trong những đào lớn nhất. Hòn Khỉ, như tên gọi của nó đã gợi mở, là nơi cư ngụ của hàng trăm loài khỉ hoang dã. Đảo Yến nổi tiếng có nhiêu tổ chim Yến. Đảo Trí Nguyên, hồ cá tự nhiên là nơi cư trú của hơn 400 loài cá, động vật giáp xác và các loài vật biển khác.
Trong chuyến đi ấy, nguyên một ngày tôi đã lang thang ở Tháp Chàm Ponaga. Những đền thờ Hindu cổ xưa này được xây dựng vào thời kỳ giữa thế kỷ 7 và 12. Nhiều bức tượng đá từ thời đó vẫn còn y nguyên trong các tháp được xây bằng gạch đỏ, đặc trưng cho kiến trúc Chàm.
Nha Trang là thành phố của sự hài hoà: thời tiết đẹp, vị trí thuận lợi và người dân thân thiện đem lại cho Nha Trang sự cân bằng vững chắc. Nha Trang là điểm đến du lịch hoàn hảo. Khi rời xa, tôi đã tự nhủ lòng mình sẽ nhớ nơi này nhiều lắm. Tôi hy vọng có cơ hội được trở lại.

Hoi An ancient town is considered to be one of the most attractive destinations in Vietnam. The little town is located on the central coast of the country and was formerly one of the leading port cities in the area. Stepping foot into this place, visitors will be taken on a journey to the past with all old buildings around. The most common way to travel round is by foot or bicycle, as it is easy for tourists to explore the neighborhood and visit local markets. Hoi An is famous for its skillful tailors who can make suits, wallets, shoes - anything you can imagine with outstanding quality. However, it is at nighttime that the town comes alive. The little town is lit up with colourful lanterns hung along the streets, which allows visitors to immerse themselves in a warm and romantic atmosphere that can hardly be found in anywhere else in the world. At this time of the day, travellers have the chance to know more about the unique local culture by listening to traditional music or watching water puppet shows. Beside these interesting experiences, it would be a pity not to try the distinctive culinary features here, including Hoi An baguette, white rose dumpling and Cao Lau.In brief, this ancient town has a unique beauty ones can hardly resist, making it one of the top destinations that should be added to our bucket-list.

Làng nghề bát tràng
This is a traditional village that has long been famous for pottery, porcelain, ... in the suburbs of Hanoi. At 7:45 am the convoy starts. Not only the students but also the teachers are eager to get to the place quickly. Along the way the students chattering, occasionally excited to see the strange scene: Red River has two massive new horizontal crossing, green muddy hills with buffalos, grazing grass, ... Soon, the car came to Bat Trang. After concentrating on listening to the instructors, students queue up to visit the pottery. Fortunately for our teacher is to visit one of the rare pottery pottery left over in Bat Trang village. Here the pottery is burnt with charcoal. This type of furnace has existed for a long time, but according to the furnace owner said, fired in this type of furnace product quality will not be the same but the workers are very hard. So, nowadays, most of the village has switched to gas stoves. Handcrafted ceramic kiln consists of three storeys, about 9m high, surrounded by charcoal, firewood and even bags for storing.It is called a bag, but it is made from fireproof ground, shaped like a millstone. The furnace owner said that in order to get the product sold to the market, she must be baked for 3 days. Uncle also describe us the steps to make a ceramic product: kneading soil, molding, drying, painting, dipping enamel, burning, ... Listen is simple but at every stage requires the potter must be very clever, sometimes even to the level of sophistication.

Dù là mùa nào đi nữa thì thời tiết ở Phú Quốc lúc nào cũng mát mẻ, ôn hòa. Bãi biển thì rất đẹp với cát trắng và nước trong xanh nên có rất nhiều người đến Phú Quốc để nghỉ mát vui chơi. Bên cạnh phong cảnh đẹp, ẩm thực ở Đảo Phú Quốc cũng vông cùng phong phú và đa dạng bao gồm các loại hải sản tươi sống được chế biến thành các món ăn ngon và vô cùng hấp dẫn. Nếu có dịp đến đảo Phú Quốc thì bạn nên đi ngắm bình minh một lần. Ngắm bình minh trên biển thực sự rất đẹp rồi nhưng ngắm ở đảo Phú Quốc còn tuyệt vời hơn nữa. Mặt trời mọc dần lên, bạn sẽ cảm thấy cái se se lạnh dần trở nên ấm áp. Điều này giúp cho tinh thần cực kì thư giãn và thoải mái, mọi lo âu đều có thể tan biến. I have a dream of being able to attend the world famous fashion shows. Some of my favorites shows are Paris Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week, Victoria’s Secret etc. When I see them through the TV screen, I always admire the splendid stages, the stunning models in their outstanding outfits. Fashion can have a very simple meaning of clothes, but it can also be a vast ocean where people live or die with it. Behind each stage is a huge team of designers, crafters, supporters, make up stylist, hair stylist etc. They all work hard together to create a perfect show which may last for only an hour. The models on the runway are like angels because they are so beautiful and confident to walk and show their body beauty in front of hundreds or thousands of people. Some of the outfits are realistic and ready to wear, but some of them are just like creations from the designers’ dreams. If I have enough money, I will definitely get myself a ticket to enjoy those wonderful scenes of a fashion show.

Họ đều làm việc chăm chỉ với nhau để tạo ra một chương trình hoàn hảo có thể chỉ kéo dài trong một giờ. Các người mẫu trên đường băng giống như những thiên thần vì họ thật đẹp và tự tin để bước đi và phô diễn vẻ đẹp của cơ thể trước hàng trăm hoặc hàng ngàn người. Một số trang phục rất thực tế và sẵn sàng để mặc, nhưng một số giống như sáng tạo từ những giấc mơ của các nhà thiết kế. Nếu tôi có đủ tiền, tôi chắc chắn sẽ mua một tấm vé để thưởng thức những khung cảnh tuyệt vời của một chương trình thời trang.

I study in a big university in the city, and I see a lot of students with their own different styles of fashion every day. Both boys and girls in my school are well dressed, and sometimes I wonder how much time they have to spend in the morning to actually achieve that look. Most of the time, the girls like to wear dresses or mini skirt with T shirts. When they wear girlish medium or long dresses, they usually choose a pair of high heels to go with. When they wear mini jeans skirts or shorts with T shirts, they will walk with a pair of sneakers or sandals. The boys are always loyal to their sneakers, and they seem to match with most of the outfits for male. I usually see them wear T shirts with jeans or shirts with trousers, and those expensive and exclusive sneakers are the prominent point of the whole look. Sometimes when they choose to wear an extra leather jacket with worn out jeans, they match them with a pair of boots to pop out the masculine. My school yard is just like a fashion show, and it is interesting to watch those models every day.
