Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.

It's true that there are a wide range of traffic problems in Vietnam. I think the main reason of these problems is that people's sense of road safety is not good. Firstly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams, especially in the rush hour when people go out or get home. Secondly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people are injured or lose their lives . Will reduce the population if it keeps going on.Another problem is that the road in our big cities are narrow and bumpy. They are easily flooded when it rains so heavily. In order to go on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. i hope traffic in Vietnam will get better in the future

I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities in my country. Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Nowaday, traffic problem is the biggest problem that many people care about. In VN, I think the city where have the worst traffic is Ha noi.
The first problem is the traffic jam here. Why? In the rush hours of the day, there're too many people using the road. Last year, in 2013, many bridges was built so it happen less but in order to stop this, a kind of small car should be invented, people should go to works by buses instead of going by motorbikes...
The second one, as you know, the roads in VN is not as big and clean as the roads in the big countries. They're narrow, bumpy and some dirty so it’s really hard for the road users to drive safely. I think we should raise money to make the road in VN better and better.
But everyone knows that Vietnamese people are not respect and don’t follow the traffic rules. That’s the biggest reason for everything. They wear the helmet that not strong enough to keep they safe if the accident may happen, they ride too fast on the small roads… The traffic will never can be improve if they keep doing this.
At the end, I hope the traffic in VN will improve more.

I like to eat snacks more than the main meals of the day, and my favorite dishes are milk tea and mixed rice paper. Milk tea is a popular drink for young people, and I have at least one cup for almost every day. At first glance, this is a simple drink because there are just tea and milk with some cold ice. However, there are a lot of other stuffs to make a cup of milk with tea turn into an attractive drink. The combination that I like most is jasmine tea, milk, cream cheese and jelly. The aroma of tea, the sweetness of milk, the fatty flavor of the cream cheese and the crispy feeling of jelly make me feel like this is the best drink. I usually go to some of my favorite stores, and the staffs there even remember what I am about to order. The most suitable dish with milk tea is mixed rice paper. Some of the basic rolls are rice paper, shrimp salt, mango, dried beef, chili oil, and quail eggs, but buyers can choose the combination they like. At lunch time I often buy a bag of mixed rice paper in front of the school entrance, then go to the store and buy a glass of milk tea. My mother always complains that I did not have a proper lunch, and she said that drinking too much milk tea is not good for me. After a time of eating whatever I like, I feel that my mother's words are right. I still love these two dishes, but now I know how to adjust the level more appropriately. I drink a lot of water and choose other foods that are more nutritious, but milk tea and mixed rice paper are always my favorite.

Giờ nghỉ trưa tôi thường mua một bịch bánh tráng trước cổng trường, sau đó vào cửa hàng và mua một ly trà sữa. Mẹ tôi hay phàn nàn tôi không ăn trưa đàng hoàng, và mẹ nói việc chỉ uống quá nhiều trà sữa cũng không tốt cho tôi. Sau một thời gian ăn uống theo ý thích, tôi cảm thấy lời mẹ nói hoàn toàn đúng. Bây giờ tôi vẫn yêu thích hai món ấy, nhưng tôi đã biết điều chỉnh mức độ một cách phù hợp hơn. Tôi uống nhiều nước và chọn cho mình các món ăn khác có nhiều dinh dưỡng hơn, nhưng trà sữa và bánh tráng trộn vẫn là hai món yêu thích nhất của tôi.

The film I like best is Boy Hood.It's a school life film with the acting of Karry,Roy and Jackson.It's about school life and basketball competition between two schools.The film is very gripping and hilarious but it has a sad ending.The acting of the character is natural and exellent.The music,which is really suitable for this film and interesting with a fun rhythm.The visuals are beautiful with a lot of beautiful sceneries.Critics say that it is one of the best film with gripping and hilarious scenes.It also includes a meaningful message for the young.And,I think that is one of the best films I have ever-seen.It's a must-see film for everybody.
