- Quy Nhon is a small city in the Central Coast Vietnam. It belongs to Binh Dinh province that is known as martial arts land of Vietnam. This is not a tourism destination so it's peaceful, quiet, friendly people, cheap price. Like another Coast cities, it has very fresh sea food. Now, some places are developing to attract tourists but if you want to find somewhere not crowded, this is.
You can go to the top of Vung Chua mountain by motorbike (from Ghenh Rang, near the Queen beach). It takes about 15 minutes. This is the best place to see all of the beautiful city, graceful sea with natural beauty of Thi Nai lagoon, Phuong Mai peninsula and Thi Nai bridge - the longest cross-sea bridge of Vietnam.

1. In adolescence, teens experience so many physical and psychological changes that they may not know how to deal with. Many boys feel obsessed with their voice or appearance. Girls feel annoyed with unwanted spots on their faces.

I hope you're all doing well. Today, Ied to talk to youomething that's been weighing heavily on my mind lately. all know, usually aetty level-headed personlately, I've been feeling incredibly stressed out

The reason for my stress is a big project at workeen consumt of myme and energy. It's a high-pressure situation with tight deadlines and a lot of moving parts, and I'm feeling the weight of it all. I been working long hours and sacrificing my personal life to make sure everything gets done on time.

At first, I was excitedbout the project and felteeks have gone by by, I've startedfeel overwhelmed and uncertain a few setbacks and unexpected that have thrown me off course, andd I'm struggling to find a solution.
alsoeling the pressure of meetingctations of my boss and colleagues. They're counting on me to deliver results, and I don'tet them down. But at the same time, I don't want to sacrifice my own health and well-being in the process. a natural part deliver results, and I don't want to let them down. But at the same time, I don't want to sacrifice my own health and well-being in the process.

I know that stress is a natural part of life, but I also believe that it's important to find healthy ways to manage it. For me, that means prioritizing self-care and finding ways to unwind and recharge outside of work. It also means communicating openly with my colleagues and seeking support when I need it.

I want to thank you all for being such wonderful friends and for always being there for me during tough times. Your kindness and understanding mean more than you know, and your support has helped me through many difficult situations in the past. Please know that I value your friendship deeply and am grateful for your presence in my life.

In closing, I want to encourage all of us to prioritize our mental health and well-being, especially during times of stress.
