Present perfect vs present simple tense 1. I haven't seen him for 8 days
=> The last time I met him was 8 years ago
2.I haven't taken a bath since sunday
=> It is 6 days since I took a bath
3.It's 2 years since I had a punture
=> I have had a punture for 2 years.
4.It's 2 months since he earned any money
=> He has eared any money for 2 months
5. He last shaved the day before yesterday
