`=>(\sqrt{3x^2})^2=(x+2)^2`

`=>3x^2=x^2+4x+4`

`=>3x^2-x^2-4x-4=0`

`=>2x^2-4x-4=0`

`=>x^2-2x-2=0`

`=>(x^2-2x+1)-3=0`

`=>(x-1)^2=3`

`=>(x-1)^2=(\pm \sqrt{3})^2`

\(=\sqrt{12}+1=2\sqrt{3}+1\)

\(\Rightarrow\sqrt{5-\sqrt{13+\sqrt{48}}}=\sqrt{5-2\sqrt{3}-1}=\sqrt{4-2\sqrt{3}}=\sqrt{\left(\sqrt{3}-1\right)^2}\)

\(=\sqrt{3}-1\)
