Rap Việt is one of the most favorite TV programme for me. It is shown at 9.15 p.m on VTV3 every Saturday evening. The purpose of the programme is to seek talented rappers to be aired on Vietnamese television. Rap Việt features not only renowned MC Trấn Thành as host but also iconic Vietnamese rappers like JustaTee, Rhymastic, Wowy, Binz, and Suboi as judges and coaches for the show. The programme allow contestants to compete in battle raps, which are of course limited in words. Moreover, each performance of contestants brings meaningful messages such as an environment protection, patriotism, love and so on. Viewers can really see the true peak of rap, as the genre is developed through underground battles, so this programme is interesting to me.

My favorite sport is volleyball. Volleyball is an Olympic sport, in which two teams are separated by a net. Each team tries to score by getting the ball into the opponent's field in accordance with the rules.
In Vietnam today, volleyball is a sport that has a number of people who love to participate and practice after football. Volleyball players are diverse from teens, middle-aged adults or even older people. So what is the benefit of playing volleyball on a daily basis that attracts so many people?
Daily volleyball is a form of exercise that gives you good health. In addition, training with volleyball also helps the body to have a balanced body because the sport must be full, continuous and high speed.
- Daily practice of volleyball will forge your hand quickly. When playing volleyball, you have to quicken your eye to determine the ball, locate the ball and swiftly hand to handle the ball, accurately pinching the opponent's pitch. This also helps you to have a clearer mind to judge flexible situations.

- With volleyball, the player has to move and work continuously so it will help you get a tough body. The postures are constantly changing to help your joints get lubricated. You will have limited bone disorders.

- A benefit that most of you are playing volleyball positive impact on the development of the height of youth. Playing volleyball with bouncing phases stretches the joints of the backs, hips and legs. This stretch helps children to reach a maximum height early. In addition, the strong points will help your hands solid.

- Another important thing that volleyball brings to the trainer is cohesion. Volleyball will help you to have more relationships because you want to achieve high results with this discipline must have the team spirit and high discipline from the members.

- Finally, volleyball will help you relax, relax after tired working hours. Nowadays, with volleyball, it is a form of recreation and exercise that many older people choose.

To play soccer you need to have good physical strength. To play this sport you need two teams. We will try to get the ball into the opponent’s goal. Which team scores more than that team wins We usually play soccer every Thursday. I play as a striker. Playing soccer helps me feel better mentally. Although we were very tired, we were all very happy. I dreamed of becoming a player for the national team. If you are a guy and you have never played soccer before, it is a pity. Let’s try this useful sport to experience what it has to offer!

Mặc dù rất mệt nhưng chúng tôi đều rất vui. Tôi từng mơ ước mình sẽ trở thành một cầu thủ của đội tuyển quốc gia. Nếu bạn là một chàng trai và bạn chưa chơi bóng đá bao giờ thì thật là đáng tiếc. Practicing sports not only improves health but also reduces stress. I choose badminton to play after stressful school days.It is a world-famous sport which isplayed by children, adults and even the elderly because it helps to build muscles. Unlike football, badminton only needs a small yard to play. The two players must take turns to bring the birdie over the net until it falls to the ground. Although it is quite easy, it also requires a lot of practical skills and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton can help us to play easilyother ball-related games such as table tennis. Nowadays, people pay more attention to sports, especially badminton because it brings many physical and mental benefits. Moreover, many schools and universities also teach students to know how to play badminton. In my opinion, people should play badminton regularly because of its numerous benefits. Sport is essential in modern life because people are gradually becoming lazier.

Hơn nữa, nhiều trường học và trường đại học cũng dạy học sinh biết chơi cầu lông. Theo tôi, mọi người nên chơi cầu lông thường xuyên vì rất nhiều lợi ích của nó. Thể thao rất cần thiết trong cuộc sống hiện đại vì con người đang dần trở nên lười vận động hơn.

My favourite TV programme is News- a famous TV programme in Viet Nam. I like it very much because it helps me to know everything that happened every day. It is on VTV 1 at 7pm from Monday to Sunday. I often watch this programme with my family. This programe is very useful. I can know about news in domestic and foreign. I wish this lovely programme will develops fast and has more viewers from all over the country. I like this programme very much.

My favourite room in my house is my bedroom. My bedroom is being covered by yellow color. It is large and comfortable. There is a desk and a chair in my bedroom. There's a small television above my shelf. The wardrobe is next to the desk. There's a big window opposite my bed which help me to see the view of the city. In my bedroom, there's a bathroom opposite the wardrobe. There are some pictures of my family on the wall. There are some books, notebooks and comics on my book shelf. The AC is above the window which make my room cool in the summer. I love my bedroom so much.

-There are many program on TV but I The New by VTV1 best. I this program because of three reasons. First, my family can watch this program together at 7:00 pm every evening. We can get together and discuss about the information about the world. Second, The New widens my knoeledge in different fields, such as education, sports, music, weather. The information form it is really useful for my life and word. Third, it helps me relax. After a hard working day, I feel comfortable when watching it with my family. Generally, I think people should watch this program every evening.

-Nowadays, the development of human world causes causes many bad effects to the environment. We throw garbage everywhere, exploit too much natural resources or contaminate the air. Therefore, our environment is being seriously polluted and we need to protect it from now. First of all, we should reduce, reuse and recycle. Instead of using plas bags, we can use leaves to wrap food. We can recycle plas bottles, cans, paper to reduce garbage. Using public transports and decreasing the number of motorbikes and cars are also good ways to reduce carbonic in the air. Besides, we should purify contaminated lakes or rivers in order to lessen the pollution in the water.Last but not least, the gorvernment should propagandize about protecting the environment to everybody so that they can aware of it. Especially, we need to punish people who contaminate the environment with great severity. In conclusion, the Earth is our home so protecting it is everyone's responsibility.

My favorite sport is playing badminton. There are four reasons why I it. Firstly, I can improve my health through playing it. I play it about 2 times every week. It makes me feel energe everyday. Secondly, I enjoy the feeling that badminton flies in the air. I can change the movement direction of badminton without much effort and make opponent lose it. Thirdly, I can make many friends when I play badminton. I often play it with many kinds of persons. We can improve our skills with exercises. Also we talk about many interesting things when we have an break. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as basketball and soccer. It lessens the possibility of being hurt.
