\(tt:\frac{y-z}{\sqrt{y}+\sqrt{z}}=\sqrt{y}-\sqrt{z};.....\) 

\(\Rightarrow\frac{x}{\sqrt{x}+\sqrt{y}}-\frac{y}{\sqrt{y}+\sqrt{x}}+.....-\frac{x}{\sqrt{x}+\sqrt{z}}=0\Rightarrow dpcm\)
