When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.

Japanese culinary culture is very rich and rich nutritional value. the Japanese usually use fresh ingredients to make dishes. and in particular they favor fish and vegetables. I would like to try the noodles or shushi in Japan. I have read in comics, look at them seems very appealing. Life in Japan is a high-quality life and modern. The Japanese are very careful and always demanding in all things. they are very hospitable and always help others, especially for international students. Bat Trang pottery village
This is a traditional village that has long been famous for pottery, porcelain, ... in the suburbs of Hanoi. At 7:45 am the convoy starts. Not only the students but also the teachers are eager to get to the place quickly. Along the way the students chattering, occasionally excited to see the strange scene: Red River has two massive new horizontal crossing, green muddy hills with buffalos, grazing grass, ... Soon, the car came to Bat Trang. After concentrating on listening to the instructors, students queue up to visit the pottery. Fortunately for our teacher is to visit one of the rare pottery pottery left over in Bat Trang village. Here the pottery is burnt with charcoal. This type of furnace has existed for a long time, but according to the furnace owner said, fired in this type of furnace product quality will not be the same but the workers are very hard. So, nowadays, most of the village has switched to gas stoves. Handcrafted ceramic kiln consists of three storeys, about 9m high, surrounded by charcoal, firewood and even bags for storing.It is called a bag, but it is made from fireproof ground, shaped like a millstone. The furnace owner said that in order to get the product sold to the market, she must be baked for 3 days. Uncle also describe us the steps to make a ceramic product: kneading soil, molding, drying, painting, dipping enamel, burning, ... People say: Family where life begins and love never ends. There is only love from bottom of the heart that could realize the meaning of that saying. My family is made up of 3 people: my mother, my younger brother and I. My parents have divorced for 10 years. Since the pain that my mother had to suffer is too big so she doesn’t get marriage again and she has tried all her best to take care of us. My mother’s main job is a pilot at Vietname Airlines. Her flights could be last for a few days or even a week. Sometimes we only meet her at the weekend. But my mother did hire an old house maid who is very careful and nice to take care of me and my brother while she is busy at work. We always look forward to receiving mother’s gifts after a flight. Left all the mess behind, my mother becomes a strong woman that she even couldn’t imagine before. About my younger brother, he is the most mischievous person that I have ever known. Last semester, my brother’s teacher came to see my mother three times a week to complain about the things that he had done. However, he is very good at swimming. In addition, he is one of ten excellent students in school. That’s why my mother always tolerant of his bad behaviours. In the opposite of my brother, I am quite staid and taciturn. But we are still very close and think about each other as a bestfriend. That makes my mother is so happy. Now, I am no longer stay at home, I moved to Ho Chi Minh 2 months ago to study at university. I miss my mother, my brother and even my house maid so much. No matter how far I am away from home, my family is always in my heart because “family where life begins and love never ends”.

Vì nỗi đau mà mẹ phải gánh chịu quá lớn nên bà không kết hôn thêm lần nào nữa và dành hết tâm sức để chăm sóc chúng tôi. Công việc chính của mẹ tôi là phi công ở hãng hàng không Vietnam Airlines. Những chuyến bay của bà có thể kéo dài từ vài ngày cho đến một tuần. Có khi chúng tôi chỉ gặp mẹ vào dịp cuối tuần thôi. Mẹ tôi đã thuê một người giúp việc già rất tốt bụng để chăm sóc tôi và em trai trong lúc bà bận rộn với công việc. Chúng tôi luôn trông chờ những món quà của mẹ sau mỗi chuyến bay. Bỏ lại tất cả những chuyện rắc rối phía sau, mẹ tôi đã trở thành người phụ nữ mạnh mẹ mà bà thậm chí không bao giờ có thể tưởng tượng ra. Về em trai tôi, nó là đứa quậy nhất mà tôi từng biết. Học kỳ trước, giáo viên của em tôi đã phải đến nhà gặp mẹ tôi 3 lần trong một tuần để phàn nàn về những việc mà nó đã làm. Tuy nhiên, em trai tôi rất giỏi bơi lội. Thêm vào đó, nó còn là một trong 10 học sinh xuất sắc nhất trường. Đó là lý do mà mẹ tôi luôn tha thứ những hành vi không tốt của nó. Trái ngược với em trai, tôi khá trầm tính và ít nói. Nhưng chúng tôi vẫn rất thân thiết và xem nhau như bạn thân. Điều đó làm mẹ tôi rất hạnh phúc. Tôi bây giờ không còn ở nhà nữa. Tôi đã chuyển đến Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để học đại học 2 tháng trước. Dù tôi có đi xa nhà đến đâu thì gia đình vẫn luôn nằm trong trái tim tôi bởi vì “gia đình là nơi cuộc sống bắt đầu và tình yêu không bao giờ hết”.

Vietnam is a tropical country rich in beauty and hospitality. Vietnam has a tropical monsoon climate and it has given Vietnam resource rich biological diversity. Vietnam is a center of endemism in the world with 87 parks and nature conservation, including prominent representatives of 11 National Park for most types of landscapes and ecosystems.
The establishment of the National Park not only maintained its determination to protect the biodiversity of Vietnam, but also creating eco-tourist destination attracting visitors that any love nature and want to period of time living there, but sociable, close to beautiful nature.
Coming to the National Park, you not only look at the vast landscape that has been spectacular moments interesting and useful to understanding animal population is very diverse and rich with many kinds of precious rare and unique.
Vietnam National Park are always waiting to discover the footsteps of visitors.

After many pressure in life, one individual always has their own home to come back called country and Vietnam is my beautiful country. Although it is small, it has several beautiful landscape and tourist attraction. I can list out: Ha Long bay, Phong Nha cave, Nha Trang beach, Hoi An old town and so on. VN is famous for its green field, peaceful village and friendly people. Vietnamese are kind, humble, honest as well as hospitable. Besides, there are other good personalities such as: brave, patience, diligence. Country is an abstract definition including all of the most familiar things belonged to one spirit. Country plays a crucial role in nurturing one spirit and lifestyle. Each individual is a mirror reflects country’s tradition, culture, habits and customs. Specifically, there are several customs in different areas as VN has 54 ethnic groups. Each group has their own national character, which distinguish them from others. Therefore, protecting and preserving national character are Vietnamese’s duty from very old days. If there is a chance to visit our country, don’t hesitate to catch it cause VN maintains a lot of undiscovered mystery. I love VN and people here so much and I hope foreign tourists will visit my country one future day.

Đất nước đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc nuôi dưỡng tinh thần và lối sống. Mỗi cá nhân là một tấm gương phản ánh truyền thống, văn hoá và phong tục tập quán của một quốc gia. Cụ thể, có rất nhiều phong tục giữa các vùng miền khác nhau bởi vì VN có 54 dân tộc anh em. Mỗi dân tộc có một bản sắc văn hoá riêng, phân biệt dân tộc này với dân tộc khác. Bởi thế, bào tồn và gìn giữ bản sắc dt là nhiệm vụ của người Việt từ xa xưa. Nếu có một cơ hội đến thăm quê hương của tôi, đừng ngần ngại mà không nắm bắt bởi vì VN còn ẩn chứa nhiều bí ẩn chưa được khai phá. Tôi yêu VN và con ngừoi ở đây rất nhiều và tôi mong bạn bè nước ngoài sẽ thăm quan nơi đây trong một ngày tương lai.

I live in a large family. There are eight members in it. They are my father, my mother, my grand-father, my grand-mother, myself, my brother and my two sisters.

The name of my father is Shri Narottam Nayak. He is a farmer. He works in the field. My mother lives inside the house. She cooks food for us. She looks after the household. The names of my two sisters are Jhilli and Milli. They help my mother in her household work. My brother is younger than I. His name is Shri Nabe Kishore Nayak. He reads in Class. VII in our Village M. E. School. I am a student of Class X and I read in the M. S. Academy, Tirtol.
The house where I live with my family:
There are a lot of rooms in my house. These are two sleeping-rooms, one store-room, one study, one drawing-room and a kitchen. Outside the rooms there is a cow-shed and a shed for the thrashing horse. There is a very spacious courtyard in my house area.

Nằm ở trung tâm của khu vực Đông Nam Á, Malaysia có diện tích khoảng 329.733 km2 và được chia thành hai vùng đó là vùng Bán đảo Mã Lai và vùng Sabah và Sarawak. Vùng Bán đảo Mã Lai có phía Bắc giáp Thái Lan và trên biển phía Nam giáp Singapore. Vùng Sabah và Sarawak nằm ở bắc đảo Boreo, phía Nam giáp Calimantan, phía Bắc trên biển giáp Philippine. Nếu đã đến Malaysia thì việc du khách có thể di chuyển sang các nước khác trong khu vực là rất dễ dàng. Du khách có thể đến với những đất nước hiện đại khác của Châu Á chỉ trong 5 phút. Bên cạnh đất nước con người Malaysia, thì đây cũng chính là điều làm khách du lịch yêu thích mỗi lần đến đây.
Khí hậu thời tiếtMalaysia là nơi có khí hậu nhiệt đới gió mùa rõ rệt có độ ẩm cao đến 80%. Khí hậu được chia thành hai mùa rõ rệt: Gió mùa Tây Nam từ giữa tháng 5 đến tháng 9, gió mùa Đông Bắc từ tháng 10 đến tháng 2 năm sau.
Ngôn ngữMalaysia là một đất nước đa dân tộc chính vì thế con người Malaysia nói nhiều thứ tiếng khác nhau nhưng tiếng Bahasa Malaysia là ngôn ngữ chính thức. Thế nhưng, tiếng Anh được quốc gia này sử dụng rộng rãi trong các ngành du lịch, thương mại và dịch vụ. Đất nước con người Malaysia chịu ảnh hưởng sâu sắc của nền văn hóa phương Tây kể từ sau thế chiến thứ hai nhưng vẫn mang đậm văn hóa phương Đông thuần túy do chịu ảnh hưởng của các nước khác trong khu vực như Trung Quốc, Ấn Độ, Indonesia,… Chính vì sự kết hợp hài hòa giữa hai nền văn hóa trên đã làm cho đất nước con người Malaysia trở nên đặc biệt ấn tượng hơn trong lòng khách du lịch.
Chính vì sự đa dạng trong nền văn hóa của Malaysia đã dẫn đến có nhiều tín ngưỡng khác nhau trên đất nước này. Thế nhưng, đạo Hồi là tín ngưỡng được nhiều con người Malaysia tin yêu và trở thành Quốc giáo của Malaysia. Trên đất nước này, đạo Hồi rất quan trọng, có thể chi phối mọi hoạt động kinh tế, chính trị, giáo dục và có riêng Bộ luật Hồi Giáo, Tòa án Hồi giáo và một vài cơ quan chức năng quan trọng khác. Malaysia là một đất nước theo đạo Hồi chính vì vậy khi đến đây bạn cần lưu ý đến cách ăn mặc phải kín đáo, mặc quần dài, váy dài và che kín vai. Các bạn hãy ghi nhớ khi vào đền thờ thánh điện hay vào nhà người dân nên cởi bỏ giày dép và mũ ở bên ngoài và đặc biệt là không ngồi vắt chéo chân vì với con người Malaysia đây là một hành động thiếu lịch sự.
Đến đây, du khách không chỉ bị thu hút bởi đất nước con người Malaysia mà còn bởi những nét nghệ thuật truyền thống đặc sắc. Những tấm vải lụa Batik là một trong những nét đặc trưng cơ bản trong nghệ thuật dệt vải của con người Malaysia. Đây là một loại vải được các nghệ nhân tỉ mỉ dùng sáp ong làm thành những họa tiết sắc sảo trên vải. Nếu đã đến Malaysia thì các bạn đừng bỏ qua loại vải này nhé.
Malaysia là nơi giao thoa của nhiều nền văn hóa khác nhau trong khu vực chính vì thế nền ẩm thực của quốc gia này cũng rất phong phú và đa dạng. Du khách sẽ ấn tượng ngay bởi những món ăn mang hương vị cay nồng của Ấn Độ kết hợp cùng với vị beo béo và hơi ngọt của Trung Hoa được hòa quyện cùng với hương vị riêng của con người Malaysia bản địa. Tất cả tạo nên một hương vị ẩm thực vô cùng quyến rũ. Những món ăn ở đây hầu như được chế biến từ thịt bò, thịt dê và cá vì đạo Hồi cấm kỵ ăn thịt heo nên vì thế thịt heo rất ít khi xuất hiện trong các bữa ăn của đất nước con người Malaysia.

Vietnam is a country which situates in the South East Asia. Vietnam geography shapes S-letter and devided into three parts: Northern part, Middle part and Southern one. Ha Noi is the capital of Vietnam but it isn't the biggest city. Ho Chi Minh city is the largest city in Vietnam.
Vietnam has a long-lasting history with over four thousand years. There are 54 ethnic groups and the Kinh is the largest group. All the ethnic groups live peacfully under a common roof - Vietnam country.
Vietnam is a country with a special culure. From the Hung King Dynasty - the first Dynasty of Vietnam - our ancestors celebrated Tet Holiday every year. In the Tet, we cooked Banh Chung and Banh Tet, two special dishes made from sticky rice to offer our ancestors. Thousand years have passed and this nice cultural feature has been kept untill now.
Vietnamese people are intelligent, hard working and thirsty for moving up. Throughout history, we have had a large number of great man achieving the world fame. Tran Hung Dao and Vo Nguyen Giap are the two world military talents. Ho Chi Minh was world cutural great man...
Our country situates in the center of the world sea-route. Vietnam has more than three thousand kilometers of coast with abundant tourism and sea food potentialities.
In the war time, Vietname is a small country, but we never step back. Both the French and the USA army became our defeaters.
Nowadays, we are building our country to become richer, more becautiful as the strong wish from Mr. Ho Chi Minh.
