Ta có : 9(x + 1)2 - (3x - 2)(3x + 2) = 10
=> 9(x2 + 2x + 1) - (9x2 - 4) = 10
=> 9x2 + 18x + 9 - 9x2 + 4 = 10
=> 9x2 - 9x2 + 18x + 13 = 10
=> 18x = 10 - 13
=> 18x = -3
=> x = \(-\frac{1}{6}\)

\(\Leftrightarrow2x-6-x^2+3x+x^2+3x-x-3=-4x\)
=>7x-9=-4x
=>11x=9
hay x=9/11
b: \(\Leftrightarrow\left(5-x\right)\left(x-4\right)+\left(x+2\right)\left(x+4\right)=-3x\)
\(\Leftrightarrow5x-20-x^2+4x+x^2+6x+8=-3x\)
=>15x-12=-3x
