My best friend is Linh. We have known each other since we were 10 years old. However we became best friends when we were at grade 7. At that time I was very bad at English and it was who helped me improve my English. Now she lives with her parents in Ho Chi Minh City.
If I were to describe how she looks I would say she is very pretty. She has long black hair a straight nose and a small pointed chin. She is quite slim. She doesn t like to dress up so I usually see her wearing jeans and a T - shirt. She has a very nice personality and a wonderful sense of humour but she can also get a little depressed from time to time. I can always count on her to be honest and to give me the best advice.
What I like about Linh is that she has same hobbies with me. We both enjoy singing karaoke reading comic books and going shopping. We like going to the cinema but sometimes can t agree on which movie to see. In addition since I am better in Maths and Chemistry and she is better in English and languages we can always help each other if we get confused about a difficult homework assignment. We are so lucky that we get along so well. I hope that our friendship can last long.

Friendship is the most valuable relationship in the life of a person instead of having many important things in life. No one of us has a complete and satisfied life if we lack faithful friendship. Everyone needs a good and loyal friend to share bad or good life events, enjoy happy moments and share unbearable events of the life. A good and balanced human interaction is very necessary for the survival of everyone.
Good friends share each other’s emotions or sentiments which bring feeling of well being and mental satisfaction. A friend is a person whom one can know deeply, and trust forever. Instead of being some similarity in the nature of two persons involved in the friendship, they have some different traits but they need each other without changing their uniqueness. Generally, friends motivate each other without criizing but sometimes good friends criize to bring some positive changes in each other.

My mother is a person I admire most. She devoted a lot of time and energy to the upbringing of my two brothers and I. Despite working hard, she always made time to teach us many useful things which are necessary and important in our later lives. Moreover, she is a good role model for me to follow. She always tries to get on well with people who live next door and help everyone when they are in difficulties, so most of them respect and love her. I admire and look up to my mother because she not only brings me up well but also stands by me and gives some help if necessary. For example, when I encounter some difficulties, she will give me some precious advice to help me solve those problems. She has a major influence on me and I hope that I will inherit some of her traits.

I and Hung are team mates in our school’s soccer team, and that is the reason we became best friends. At first we did not know each other, but we quickly became close after just a few weeks. Hung is a good player, so he always helps me prace to improve my skills. In order to thank him, I become his instructor in some of the subjects in class. I am as tall and slim as Hung, and many people say that we look brothers. In fact, we are even closer than brothers. We can share almost everything, from feelings to clothes and hobbies. Cặp mắt đen láy lúc nào cũng mở to, tròn xoe như hai hòn bi ve. Chiếc mũi hếch và cái miệng rộng luôn tươi cười để lộ hai hàm răng trắng bóng. Ở Minh Anh khi nào cũng toát lên vẻ năng động, tự tin, hóm hỉnh và hài hước nên rất dễ mến. Minh Anh học giỏi Toán, còn em học giỏi Văn. Vì vậy mà hai chúng em thường hỗ trợ nhau học tập thật tốt. Em với Minh Anh chơi với nhau rất thoải mái. Em hi vọng lớn lên chúng em vẫn sẽ mãi là bạn thân như bây giờ.
