For a long time, television has been regarded as a saving means of entertainment and acquiring useful knowledge. However, besides the benefits mentioned above, it also brings a lot of harm because of the following reasons. First, watching TV takes up a lot of our time. I do not deny the benefits such as entertainment or education that it brings. However, instead of spending all the day just watching TV, we can do some useful works such as doing homework, helping mother to do housework. Through that, we can gather for ourselves a lot of soft skills and become closer to the other. Second, sitting too close to the TV screen will make harm affect on our health. Studies have shown that sitting near television will shorten our vision, in addition increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases and degeneration of the neck vertebrae ... These are the disadvantages that no one expects. Therefore, let's limit the amount of time spending watching TV and save that time doing other useful things.

Internet – one of the greatest innovations of our times – has become a familiar term in our daily life. Besides its undeniable positive influences, it is necessary to acknowledge the disadvantages it brings. The most predominant drawback that people need to consider is security issues. As the Internet is widely used in different aspects of life such as business or education, users’ privacy can run a risk of invasion by hackers, causing their personal information to be leaked. Furthermore, in the virtual world where people are connected with each other and access is unlimited, it is a good opportunity for scammers and cyber criminals to approach their “preys”. Another bad side of this tool is the spread of false or inappropriate information. Every day or even every hour, a number of information is freely uploaded and shared without any restrictions.As a result, many people exploit this to distribute fake news for their own advantage, which can have a negative impact on a large scale. Moreover, the availability of entertainment on the Internet also makes unhealthy materials more accessible than ever, leading to a rise in behavioral problems, especially juvenile delinquency. Last but not least, Internet can be seen as additive. Nowadays, people are likely to spend hours surfing the web, it can be at class, it can be at work or at lunch, anywhere and at any time. Sometimes it may become a distraction, causing them to work ineffectively. Watching your favorite film or finishing work – that’s definitely a hard question. Besides, some people are so addicted that they live in the virtual world more than in the real world. They tend to express their feelings and opinions freely on social network while being rather reserved in the outside world and lacking interaction with others around. To put it briefly, much as the Internet offers a wide range of benefits in different fields, it has the cost that needs careful consideration.

Tet, also known as Lunar new year festival, is the biggest traditional festival in Viet Nam. Tet is usually from the end of January to early February. Before Tet, Vietnamese prepare many things for the three main days. They clean their house and decorate with flowers such as kumquat tree or peach blossom. A huge amount of food will be bought before Tet for making traditional dishes. Banh Chung, Banh Tet, Gio cha, Xoi and Mut, …and candies are the foods that must have on Tet holidays. During Tet, people visit their relatives’ homes and give wishes. However, the Vietnamese believe that the first visitor a family receives in the year determines their fortune for the entire year, people never enter any house on the first day without being invited first. Another custom is giving lucky money, which is put into a red envelope as a symbol of luck and wish for a new age. Traditionally, elders will give lucky money to children and the oldest people in the family. However, nowadays, people can give it to anyone including friends, parents, neighbors,… Besides, Vietnamese usually go to pagodas or temples to pray for health, wealth, success,… To Vietnamese, Tet is the happiest time of all year around, members in a family can gather together, which is a meaningful messages of Lunar New year festival. All in all, Tet is all about back to origins, be good to others, enjoy the precious moment, and wish for the best to come.

In modern times, our continued advance in technology has led to the explosion of many useful electronic devices, one of which is mobile phone. It has become a vital part of people’s life on account of the huge benefits it brings. To begin with, mobile phone is a source of information. With Internet access available anywhere and at any time, users can search for the latest news and keep themselves informed of events around the world. Not only providing information, it also acts as a useful device for storage. Photos, videos, records or texts can all be stored in your phone. For instance, when you attend a lecture but seem to be not quick enough to take note everything, it is possible to record it and play back several times. More than that, the important function making it increasingly appealing nowadays is a source of entertainment, offering people with a wide range of activities in the free time such as playing games, listening to music or reading e-books. The world is currently very developed, which means that technology is very evolving, especially smartphone. And it brings a lot of benefits, I of course agree. Because it's so useful. Smartphone works remotely, even when you're in another part of the world. You can communicate verbally, video, audio and exchange other media. Social media, texting, texting, laptops, tablets, and cell phones mean no one needs to feel isolated in the digital world. 1. Bảo quản vắc xin
Đây là một yếu tố đặt lên hàng đầu bởi vắc xin luôn đòi hỏi phải bảo quản ở một điều kiện nghiêm ngặt, đặc biệt là các loại vắc xin nhược độc. Mỗi loại vắc xin đều có một khoảng nhiệt độ bảo quản thích hợp, đối với các loại vắc xin virus ở nhiệt độ từ 2 – 8°C, các loại vắc xin vi khuẩn từ 5 – 150C. Nếu nhiệt độ bảo quản vắc-xin nằm ngoài khoảng nhiệt độ bảo quản, hoặc để vắc xin bảo quản ở ngăn đá sẽ làm mất tác dụng của vắc xin.
Ngoài ra, bà con cũng cần chú ý việc bảo quản vắc xin khi vận chuyển, nếu ở xa nơi bán vắc xin thì khi đi mua nhất thiết có hộp xốp, phích đá để bảo quản; nếu mua gần thì bảo quản bằng túi nilông tối màu có giấy bọc. Khi vận chuyển vắc xin cần bao gói kỹ, tránh hiện tượng va đập, tránh được vắc xin tiếp xúc trực tiếp với đá lạnh, đặc biệt không cho ánh nắng trực tiếp chiếu vào vắc xin để đảm bảo chất lượng và hiệu quả phòng bệnh của vắc xin.
2. Sử dụng vắc xin
Nếu khâu bảo quản tốt song chúng ta sử dụng vắc xin không đúng kỹ thuật thì hiệu quả cũng sẽ thấp. Khi sử dụng vắc xin chúng ta cần chú ý các yếu tố sau:
- Cần đọc kỹ hướng dẫn sử dụng vắc xin trước khi dùng, nếu không rõ thì hỏi thêm ý kiến của bác sĩ thú y.
- Khi dùng phải kiểm tra lọ vắc xin bằng mắt thường xem màu sắc, độ vẩn có gì khác thường (ví dụ: không dùng vắc xin bị đổi màu, vẩn đục).
- Không được tiêm vắc xin cho động vật đang mắc bệnh, nghi mắc bệnh, động vật quá gầy yếu, quá non, con mẹ mới đẻ, động vật mới thiến chưa lành vết thương, những con mang thai ở kỳ cuối.
- Dùng vắc xin đúng liều lượng, đúng vị trí, đúng lứa tuổi.
- Xi lanh, kim tiêm phải đảm bảo tiệt trùng. Biện pháp tốt nhất là luộc sôi hoặc hấp, để nguội dụng cụ trước khi sử dụng (chú ý không nên dùng cồn để sát trùng dụng cụ).
- Pha vắc xin đúng chỉ dẫn, trước khi sử dụng phải lắc kỹ lọ vắc xin.
- Vắc xin pha xong dùng ngay, không để quá 2-3 giờ sau khi pha, không cầm lâu trong tay; nếu thừa phải hủy, không được dùng cho ngày hôm sau; không vứt bừa bãi chai lọ, kim tiêm.
- Sau khi tiêm vắc xin, cần theo dõi vật nuôi để kịp thời phát hiện các trường hợp gia súc, gia cầm phản ứng sau khi tiêm để có biện pháp can thiệp.
3. Một số bệnh cần chú ý tiêm phòng cho vật nuôi
- Đối với trâu bò: tiêm phòng bệnh tụ huyết trùng, lở mồm long móng.
- Đối với lợn: cần được tiêm phòng đầy đủ 04 bệnh đỏ (tụ huyết trùng, phó thương hàn, đóng dấu lợn, dịch tả lợn), lở mồm long móng.
- Đối với đàn gà: tiêm vắc xin Newcastle, Gumboro, Cúm gia cầm.
- Đối với đàn thủy cầm: tiêm Cúm gia cầm, Dịch tả vịt.

First, it creates a wider environment for building new relationship. It cannot be denied that Internet supplies a wide range of social network and app for people to make more friends. Talking to each other or even seeing their face is popular in modern society and all you have to do is a smartphone connected to wi-fi or 3G. Therefore, the Internet saves our time, health and even money when not having to pay for a call. Second, Internet provides large piece of information and knowledge of all subjects. With a click or some searching, users have different source of document and helpful information. For instance, instead of reading newspaper, it is more comfortable to read and comment online not only news, essay but also books and other kind of writings. They are all uploaded on the Internet, user can download it for several purposes. Third, applying internet into all aspect of life is helpful in modern society. A good example is that instead of going to the office, officer can stay at home and control the work through a laptop. Many group and organization make appointments online and they even do a business by the internet.

Với những tính năng đó, facebook đang dần được lan tỏa và phổ biến trên toàn cầu. Số lượng người sử dụng facebook đang tăng lên từng ngày cũng với thời gian sử dụng cũng nhiều hơn trước. Trên đường đi, ở mọi nơi, không lạ lẫm khi thấy ai cũng cúi mặt xuống điện thoại, những ngón tay lướt trong vô thức, thỉnh thoảng lại dừng lại để thả một nút hay một cảm xúc. Mọi người không liên lạc với nhau bằng số điện thoại nữa mà bằng facebook. Học sinh đi học, người đi làm đều có ít nhất một tài khoản hay một nick face.
Facebook trở nên phổ biến nhờ những lợi ích của nó. Trước hết, facebook có thể coi là một cây cầu. Facebook là cây cầu dẫn đưa con người đến với thế giới. Những thông tin của chính trị, văn hóa, xã hội đều được mọi người cập nhật trên facebook để chúng ta có thể nắm bắt. Bên cạnh đó, ta còn đọc được những bình luận, những ý kiến trái chiều của mọi người liên quan đến một sự kiện, để mở rộng thêm hiểu biết và tư duy về một vấn đề, sự việc. Facebook đưa chúng ta tới gần với mọi người hơn. Chúng ta biết được bạn bè mình đang làm gì, những người thân của mình đang nghĩ gì, họ có vấn đề gì không qua những dòng chia sẻ trạng thái của họ. Và nhờ đó chúng ta biết xung quanh mình, cuộc sống đang diễn ra như thế nào, ra sao dù ở nơi cách xa chúng ta nửa vòng trái đất. Facebook còn là cây cầu kết nối mọi người với nhau. Mọi người có thể kết bạn với nhau, nói chuyện và chia sẻ mọi chuyện với nhau dù chưa gặp mặt, chỉ cần có chung sở thích và tính cách. Facebook chính là một thể giới để mọi người được sống là chính mình. Đó là nơi những người tự ti về ngoại hình có thể tự tin kết bạn với mọi người mà không phải e ngại. Đó là nơi những người rụt rè, ít giao tiếp nhưng nhạy cảm có thể giãi bày những tâm tư ra ngoài; là nơi mọi người có quyền tự do ngôn luận về vấn đề, cùng nhau lan tỏa những việc tốt đẹp và lên án những chuyện xấu. Những đứa bé, gia đình khó khăn đã được trợ giúp nhờ đưa lên facebook, những chuyện cướp bóc, hôi của được đưa lên facebook mà giáo dục, tránh xa. Và như thế, facebook làm cho cuộc sống này tốt hơn.
Nhưng nếu không sử dụng đúng cách, nó lại là một con dao hai lưỡi. Mọi người đang dùng quá nhiều thời gian vào một thế giới ảo để bỏ quên đi thế giới thực này. Thế giới sau màn hình quá hấp dẫn khiến họ không thể ngẩng mặt lên nhìn trời lấy một lần. Lúc nào cũng cúi mặt và lướt. Những sự việc diễn ra trên facebook thì thuộc làu còn hôm nay bố mẹ mình ốm, xã hội có việc gì, họ không quan tâm. Chưa kể, những thông tin trên face không phải lúc nào cũng chính xác và đáng tin. Rất nhiều thông tin đưa lên chỉ để câu , để tăng lượt thích. Dành quá nhiều thời gian cho facebook khiến cho việc học hành của học sinh bị ảnh hưởng. Họ sống trong facebook. Họ luôn muốn biết mọi người đang làm gì vì không muốn bị bỏ lỡ. Họ thấp thỏm làm sao để có nhiều lượt , theo dõi, để đợi tin nhắn từ người mình thích. Họ dành hàng giờ để nói chuyện trên facebook nhưng một ngày lại không nói quá mấy câu. Vì quyền tự do ngôn luận nên những “anh hùng bàn phím” bắt đầu bàn sâu vào đời tư, bới móc những chuyện của người khác và làm chủ đề bàn tán của mọi người. Chưa kể có những thanh niên kết thúc cuộc đời của mình chỉ để được nổi tiếng trên facebook. Những vụ tự thiêu, nhảy cầu vì “muốn giữ lời hứa”: “nếu được … , tôi sẽ tự thiêu/ nhảy cầu…”. Những nông nổi nhất thời mà bỏ lại sau lưng niềm thương tiếc của người thân và bạn bè. Khi sử dụng không đúng cách, thế giới ảo đang dần giết chết cuộc sống của bạn.
Mọi thứ đều có hai mặt của nó. Chỉ là bạn nhìn và sử dụng nó như thế nào mà thôi. Mọi người chỉ nhìn thấy những lợi ích mà không nhận ra mặt sau của nó. Học sinh mới được tiếp cận không được hướng dẫn và giáo dục về cách sử dụng facebook dẫn đến lầm tưởng, gây ra những hội chứng “nghiện” facebook hiện nay. Bố mẹ, người lớn cũng đang dần chìm vào thể giới ảo ấy, không thể làm gương cho trẻ nhỏ.
Hãy tự quyết định cuộc đời mình. Nhìn nhận vấn đề một cách chính xác, toàn diện và thông minh. Hãy dời màn hình một giây để ngước lên xem trời hôm nay màu gì. Bỏ điện thoại để xem cuộc sống hôm nay thế nào, để trò chuyện với một người lâu nay chỉ nói trên facebook. Kết nối để không lạc lõng nhưng cũng đừng bỏ cuộc sống để sống một cuộc sống đúng nghĩa.
