I like living in the countryside because of some reasons. Environmentally speaking, it is a peaceful place. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without worrying much about environmental pollution.
As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city. While urban security situation is always complicated with all kinds of crimes, rural areas are much more secure because most of countrymen are friendly and ready to help one another.
Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things are very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better residence than cities.

Hoi An is an ancient town down the Thu Bon River, on the coastal plain of Quang Nam Province, for about 30 km south of Da Nang City. Hoi An used to be known as the international market with many different names such as Lam Ap, Faifo, Hoai Pho and Hoi An is the most common one now.
What is special about Hoi An is that this little port town is in an incredible state of preservation. It includes some of the most densely-concentrated sights in Viet Nam with its old streets which are bordered with ancient houses and assembly halls, its pagodas, temples, ancient wells and tombs. In total, there are more than a thousand places of interest. The architecture in Hoi An is characterized by a harmonious blend of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese culture. After many centuries, Hoi An is still respectful of its traditions, folk festivals, beliefs and of its sophisticated culinary art. Located in a quiet environment, Hoi An is surrounded by peaceful villages famous for crafts such as carpentry, bronze making, ceramic…
Researchers said that most of the buildings in Hoi An underwent restoration at the beginning of the 19th century, even if some of them might be constructed long time ago. The ancient architecture is shown most clearly in the Ancient Town that is located in Minh An Ward. It covers about 2 square kilometers and almost of all famous relics in Hoi An are gathered here. The streets are very short and narrow, having a winding, crossing as the chessboard style. The topography of the ancient town tilt gradually from north to south. The buildings in the old town are built mostly with traditional materials such as: brick, wood and no more than two floors. The trace of time is able to find not only on the architectural design of each building but also everywhere like: on the yin-yang roof tiles covered with moss and plants; the old gray mold walls; the pictures carved on a strange animal, or describing an old story… Having inherited a multi-cultural architecture which is so varied and sophisticated, Hoi An must have attracted numerous and talented workers in carpentry, ceramics, and woodcarving from China, Japan and other regions of Viet Nam.
For centuries, Hoi An had developed into a melting pot of various nationalities who came to the area, and brought along their own cultures. Accordingly, Hoi An features the co-existence of indigenous customs and habits and those imported by foreign settlers.

Formerly an important trading port in Indochina during the 17th and 18th centuries, Hoi An now still retains much of its Asian authentic architecture as well as its nostalgia ambiance. In this UNESCO World Heritage Site, stand still various constructions of different Asian cultures, among which Chinese Phuc Kien Assembly Hall and Japanese Pagoda Bridge are the most outstanding. Hoi An’s tailor-ship and handicrafts are renowned worldwide. Aside from all of those sightseeing and shopping experience, the rural area surrounding Hoi An is ideal for bicycle, beach and boat-cruise trips. There are a lot of interesting thing for you to do in Hoi an. The first time I traveled to Hoi An, I loved it. For one, we spent the entire week prior motorbiking through the rural villages of Central Vietnam. An other best things to do in Hoi An is to walk the back streets along the canal, behind the pretty touristy restaurants. We took the original Hoi An Food Tour and just loved it. Even though we were quite familiar with Vietnamese food, we still learned a lot from this tour. The local insight is great and you’ll be sure to fill up on some excellent food. Hoi an is home to some of the most beautiful hotels and resorts in the world. You can stay closer to town or in the rice paddies with nature.

Life in the countryside is quite different from that in the city. First, it is the atmosphere that differentiates the two living environments. In the countryside, the air and water are much fresher and safer, thus living there is totally comfortable and beneficial for our health. In contrast, people who live in big cities suffer from health problems and diseases related to poor air quality and sources of polluted water. Second, prices and costs of living are cheaper in the countryside than in big cities. Vegetables, fruits and meats are home-grown and home-produced. However, in cities, people have to go shopping for them. Third, the interpersional relationships are more harmonious and friendlier. Those who live in the same village, especially neighbours, for example, know each other very well. There is a close-knit cooperation between people in working and many other daily activities. On the contrary, negatively speaking, city people only live and know their own business. They hardly care about who their neighbours are and what they do. Sending a helping hand, as a result, is never seen among city people. In conclusion, although the city life holds many advantages that make life more convenient, I always prefer living in the countryside where the environment is nice, the costs of living is affordable, and the intimate relationships among people are really meaningful. Personally, If I had a choice between a villa in the city and a small house with garden surrounding, the latter would seem better to me.

Life in the village is simple and warm! People here legs covered their faces mud but loyal and beautiful, lasting impression. The children here do this joke sick child mice skinny, black, curly hair, bare ride runs between lunch fields. Every morning, I saw her in the village to the river carrying water, laundry, wash the rice, the farmer ... The field, rice paddy. The students go to school. The vegetables and flowers she brought to market. At noon, the farmer resting, sitting beneath a banyan tree and enlist dinner nap a few minutes. This time the students had gone home. Afternoon, I found out the first lane 1 basket she brought only a few bundles left over after selling vegetables at the market, the buffalo farmer after 1 business day. Buffalo designs ample tread it looks majestic. Children flying a kite to the kite fold, brought home and agreed to meet the next day! The place I am living in is a beautiful little city near the sea. The infrastructure here is quite advanced and modern. In the past, the number of vehicle was so high, so traffic congestion often occurred, especially during the rush hours. However, recently, most people have been travelled by public transport using alternative energy instead of private vehicles, so the city has significantly reduced traffic congestion and pollution. The city also has many big and small amusement parks, movie theaters, restaurant ... to satisfy the needs of consumers. My favorite place in this city is the huge harbor. Every day, there are thousands of ships and boats going back and forth, of fishermen, traders or tourists. The atmosphere of the market is very vibrant and bustling. This is also the factor that makes the city become prosperous and rich. Moreover, the people in the city are very friendly, open minded and very aware of environmental protection. So even though there are many factories and vehicles, the city is still clean, beautiful, the air is fresh and cool. I love this city very much, hope that in the near future, the city will grow and become more and more modern.
