Beef is chosen carefully, pork would be taken from elbow down to the pig’s feet. Then take them washed, shaved pork, boiled them about half an hour. The broth is prepared by simmering beef bones and beef shank with lemongrass and then seasoned with fermented shrimp sauce and sugar for taste. Spicy chili oil is added later during the cooking process. Many house had televesion. There were some big buildings were finished to serve the people. The road was resurfaced that help the traffic move easier. However, the life in my country was a little modern so many trees have gone. They had built more schools and parks, cinemas, theaters and car parks, so some family now didn't unlettered and the people can relax by go to the park, theater, ... for entertainment
That's about people. Landscape is still like the old days. That river, that mountain. Nature is harmony with people. People live with nature, people product things of nature, and nature always open-handed with people, give them resource for them to build their house. That is what people seek, and they live with it very well.
That's all I can say about my home village, in my opinion, my village is a wonderful place.

I don't have much spare time as I am always over head and ears in studying at school but I still find a little time for me to relax. I especially love the weekend when I can go out with my friends for a cafe or go to the opening entertainment center to play sports such as tennis, volleyball, martial art or even swimming. My favorite subject in school is Mathematics. It is my favorite because I never have difficulty with it and always get good marks in tests.
I suppose I am lucky to be born with a clear-thinking brain. So ever since young, manipulating numbers and figures came easy to me.
The wonderful thing about Mathematics is that, besides some formulae, there is nothing else to remember. Every step in solving a problem is done logically. Other subjects like History and Geography require a lot of memory work. Remembering dates and other facts is hard work compared with the ease and simplicity of mathematical reasoning.
While Mathematics is simple to me, some of my friends have great difficulty with it. I do not really understand why. They get stuck with simple problems and often give up. So I help them out when I can.
The one advantage I have in being good in Mathematics is that I do not have to spend a lot of time on it. Homework and tests are a breeze. So I have plenty of time left over to study other subjects. Sometimes I feel sorry for my less fortunate classmates who get scolded in class for not completing their Mathematics homework.
Anyhow I have come to realize that human beings can be so different in their abilities while they look similar otherwise. Some of us are lucky to be good in some things. Others may not be so lucky.
Watching television is my favourite activities I use to do in my free time. I love watching sports programs on Saturday mornings and cartoons on Sunday afternoons. I usually watch movie during all days of week after I have completed my homework at school. At night, I especially enjoy watching situation comedies and movies. If I have a huge number of school work, I try to manage my schedule so that I will able to see at least 1 of my favorite TV shows. Watching TV isn’t the only indoor activity that I can do in my free time. I also have some other favorite activities such as going shopping with my mother or friends and making paper flowers. However, when I have free time, I spend a lot of time on watching TV than other activities. Watching TV can support me not only relax but also build my knowledge about the open world.
