Most of my friends like to stay inside to play video games, read books or watch TV, but I have a good hobby of going outside and playing sports. I play many different sports in my free time; some of them are soccer, swimming, volleyball and basketball. Sometimes I also ride the bikes or do board skating with my cousin in the park. In my opinion, doing sport is one of the rare hobbies that actually have good impacts on me. I am taller than most of my classmates thanks to swimming and basketball lessons that I take during summer time. My muscles are even stronger than my older brother, and I can last longer than most other people in any sport competition. Both of my physical and mental health become better after I play sports, so it can be considered as the best things to do in my free time. Sports are like a part of my life besides other activities, and I will continue to play sports till I am too weak for them.

After a stressful semester, my parents decide take me to the country to visit grandparents, leave the noise of city behind. Homeland is a small and peaceful land, beside the Red River. The atmosphere here is very fresh, there is no noise, no pollution as in the city I am living. On two sides of the road there are the rows of green trees and birds singing beside the ears. In front of my grandparents’s house is a small garden. Every morning, after sweeping the house, I am taken to the garden to water vegetables, feed chickens. The feeling of watching the little yellow chickens run around the legs is really amazed. In the afternoon, my brother leads me to fly kites on the long dyke with children in the neighborhood. These children also think some interesting games such as chasing, hide and seek ... For me, everything here is new and amazing. After the trip, I know how to swim and learn many many things. I hope next summer parents will take me to visit the grandparents again.

In addition, by participating in community service, children and teenagers are introduced to good values and morals. The importance of community service eventually relies on how the provider perceives it. These programs are intended to inculcate a sense of community and civic engagement in people. Topic 1: Talk about my summer vacation: Last month, my summer vacation was still boring . I had nothing to do. I could only watch TV, sleep, eat meals all day. These things may be interesting for you, but it's boring with me. I wanted to go on a trip but I didn't had any one.
However, my summer vacation is ok now. I don't have time to watch TV any more because I have many things to do. I go to school to join some extra classes and start to practise being a theacher (because I want to be a teacher in the future). Topic2: Talk about your room Today, I'd like to talk about my bedroom. It's small and simply but it's very comfortable. I have a wide bed, a red blanket and two pillows. I don't have a mattress because the weather in here is hot most of the year. If it become cold, I will use a blanket instead of mattress. This way is convenient because a mattress is very expensive. I always feel comfortable in my bedroom so I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow every night. I never forget to say "Have a good night" to my parents before sleeping. Moreover, I like giving a message to my boyfriend "I hope you have a sweet dream about me". I love him very much and he is my first thought in the morning and my last thought at night. Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. At Tet, spring fairs are organized, streets and public buildings are brightly decorated and almost all shops are crowded with people shopping for Tet. At home, every is tidied, special food is cooked,offerings of food, fresh water, flowers and betel are made on the family altar with burning joss- sticks scenting the air. First-footing is made when the lucky visitor comes and children are given lucky money wrapped in a red tiny envelope. Tet is also a time for peace and love. During Tet, children often behave well and friends, relatives and neighbors give each other best wishes for the new year.

There are some tips to save power which I think are very easy to apply. Firstly, we should use energy saving light bulbs in our house. It will help us to reduce our electricity bill. Secondly, we should use public transport if we need to go long distance. We can use bicycles for short distances. I think it is good for our health and economical. And remember, before going to bed, we should turn off all lights and other unused electrical devices. It's an easy way to save our planet.
