1/4 = 1/2 - 1/4 + 1/4 - 1/6 + 1/6 - 1/8 + ... + 1/2x -2 - 1/2x

1/4 = 1/2 - 1/2x

1/4 = 2x-2/2.2x

Trên là \(\dfrac{1}{4}\) khi A được nhân 2, còn dưới là \(\dfrac{1}{8}\) là giá trị của a.

Còn \(A=\dfrac{1}{2}.\left(\dfrac{1}{2}-\dfrac{1}{2x}\right)\) là vì chia 2 bằng với nhân \(\dfrac{1}{2}\), và áp dụng theo công thức \(\dfrac{1}{a.b}=\dfrac{1}{a}-\dfrac{1}{b}\)(a bé hơn b 1 đơn vị)
