Besides, the house as well as town are clear, decorative and beautiful as all are ready to start a new year. People have cozy atmosphere and enjoy joyful time with their family’s members. It’s high time for people living at different parts of country gathering and spending time together. Tet is a chance for one to come back home after many stress and pressure of studying and working environment. Tet is not simply a holiday, it is culture and habit of Vietnamese since its deep meaning is sacred and important. All in all, Tet includes not only joy but also long-standing event in people’s soul as it helps one grow up through experience.
Hello. My name is Duc. Let me introduce myself and my family. I'm 18 this year, a student of a school television. Walking and playing with friends is my hobby. I was born and raised in the province HB. My family has 4 people: parents, my, my sister and me. My father is an engineer. My mother was a doctor. 9 years old and my brother is studying in an elementary school. She studied very hard and is one of the best student in her class. On good days, and with spare time, my family often went on to play with grandparents, it is very meaningful and fun. I feel very happy to be alive in this family.

My hobby is watching TV. I love watching TV in my free time very much. Watching television is my indoor hobby however it never interfere with my study at school or at home. Hello, everyone! I am Thang. I would to present to you about my favorite TV program. My favorite TV program is Hello Jadoo - a famous program. I this program because it is very funny and entertaining. It's on Disney Channel at 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday every week. I always watch it . This program is about a cute girl, funny and intelligent but quite lazy and friends good-hearted, genial of jadoo. Through cartoon, I developed communication skills, perseverance and life skills. Every morning I get up at five a.m. The first thing I brush my teeth and wash my face. Then I have breakfast at about six a.m.
It takes me about five minutes to walk to school, and school begins the lesson at six fourty-five. I usually have 5 classes with 3 or 4 subjects. Usually, I study at school until 11:30 a.m. I return home at noon to have lunch with my family. In the afternoon, I play tennis with my friends or read book , do my homework.
At about six p.m we have dinner. Then I watch television with my family .After I prepare lesson for the next day or read book and go to bed at ten p.m.
In the morning I get up at 6 o'clock.Every day,I do morning exercise with my father.Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.I have breakfast at half past six.After that I dressed my clothers.And I go to school by bike.

Television is a solution to help me ralax after school or work. Television have many channels with different programmes but should watch TV properly. For example, should consider useful programmes about education , human life or economics or news reports. Do not consider degrading and harmful programmes such as games, adult movies, horror programmes that can cause obsession in the future,... In general, televison help people relax but can also eyes damage if viewed too much or over time a day. Should be viewed at least 2 times a day, once for 1 hour. Should not exceed 3 hours because it can cause eye diseases, brain related deseases,... You should follow the advice of your doctor or parents about a day's TV viewing time and useful programmes.
