When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly.

          I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Tôi nghĩ chúng ta cần giữ sức khỏe để phòng ngừa bệnh cúm, giữ sức khỏe tốt nhất có thể bằng cách chăm sóc bản thân thật tốt. Cân nhắc về giấc ngủ và dinh dưỡng giúp ngăn ngừa sự khởi phát của cảm lạnh hoặc cúm, lối sống lành mạnh giúp hệ thống miễn dịch của tôi ở trạng thái tốt nhất có thể, giúp tôi có cơ hội tốt nhất để chống lại sự tấn công của cảm lạnh hoặc cúm. Tôi cần ăn uống lành mạnh. Các thực phẩm lành mạnh như rau, trái cây, ngũ cốc, v.v., là một phần quan trọng trong việc giữ dinh dưỡng cho cơ thể tôi ở mức tối ưu. Chế biến thực phẩm nhiều chất béo và đường không mang lại khả năng bảo vệ tăng cường miễn dịch như thực phẩm lành mạnh hơn. Thực phẩm có đường có thể làm giảm chức năng miễn dịch. Quản lý căng thẳng của tôi là góp phần ngăn ngừa bệnh cúm. Ngoài ra, nước uống còn có thể giúp rửa sạch vi-rút cảm lạnh và cúm từ cổ họng đến dạ dày, nơi chúng không thể tồn tại. Mặc dù cảm lạnh thực chất không gây ra cảm lạnh hay cúm (vi rút gây ra), nhưng cảm lạnh có thể làm giảm sức chịu đựng của tôi và khiến tôi cảm thấy khó chịu, mệt mỏi nên tôi cần giữ ấm. Ngoài ra, tôi ăn nhiều trái cây để bổ sung vitamin. C có thể giúp tôi ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh thông thường và tôi cũng sẽ uống nhiều sữa hơn, điều này sẽ giúp tôi khỏe mạnh hơn và chống lại cảm lạnh

Last summer I had the opportunity to go to Phu Quoc. This is one of the great tourist destinations that I have been to. Phu Quoc is an island district. There are large islands here and many other small islands. I departed for Phu Quoc by plane. I booked a room at a hotel near the sea. Here I can watch the sunrise. The climate here is cool. The air is very fresh. I swim with my friends. Phu Quoc has many different beaches. If you have time, you can experience each place. The clear blue sea and fine sand are the attraction of Phu Quoc, not everywhere. There are many places to check in here. I took a lot of photos to make memories. Phu Quoc fish sauce is one of the specialties that many tourists buy as gifts for relatives and friends. Because my time was limited, I stayed in Phu Quoc not long.
