PT $\Leftrightarrow \sqrt{4}.\sqrt{x-5}+\sqrt{x-5}=4+3.\sqrt{\frac{1}{9}}.\sqrt{x-5}$
$\Leftrightarrow 2\sqrt{x-5}+\sqrt{x-5}=4+\sqrt{x-5}$
