Để A là Phân số thì 2n+3 phải khác 0.Theo bài ra,ta có:
nếu 2n+3=0
2n =0-3
2n =-3
n =(-3):2
n =-1,5
vậy để A là phân số thì 2n+3 thuộc tất cả các số khác -1,5

\(A=\frac{12n+1}{2n+3}=\frac{12n+18-17}{2n+3}=\frac{6\left(2n+3\right)-17}{2n+3}=6-\frac{17}{2n+3}\)
Để \(6-\frac{17}{2n+3}\in Z\Leftrightarrow\frac{17}{2n+3}\in Z\)
=> 2n + 3 \(\in\) Ư( 17 ) = { - 17; - 1; 1 ; 17 }

a) Để A = \(\frac{n+1}{n-3}\) là phân số thì \(n-3\ne0\)hay\(n\ne3\)
b) Để A là số nguyên thì:
\(n+1⋮n-3\)
mà \(n-3⋮n-3\)
