Phuong, my partner, has a healthy diet. She never skips breakfast and has eggs, vegetable and bread for breakfast. She said that it is the most important meal during the day, so she always has a big meal in the morning. In the evening, she eats not too much, because overeating may cause sleeplessness. She never eats fast food or sweet candies or buys soft drinks. Her diet include enough nutrients, which are recommended by her private doctor. Phuong tries to limit intake of fats, salt, sodium and sugar. She told me that she loves fruits and vegetables. Her favourite food is boiled eggs. She often tells me: "You should eat healthy to have a good health"

I have traveled to many places and experienced many different cities. However, my favorite city is Danang. Danang is known as the most livable city in Vietnam. Here the air is very fresh. Everyone here is extremely friendly. In many other cities, many theft, in Da Nang, theft is strictly handled. Peace of mind makes people feel secure to live. Danang has very pleasant weather. There are many famous tourist spots here. I really like the beach in Danang. When I was in Da Nang, I somehow felt all the good things in this life. I suddenly forgot the hustle of Hanoi. Instead, I’m living my own self-satisfaction. The consciousness of the people here is very good. Due to the measurement, the traffic condition is also excellent. In Da Nang you can experience free wifi wherever you go – great, right? I am so proud of being Vietnamese, proud that there is such a wonderful place in this beautiful S-shaped country like Da Nang.

Thay vào đó tôi đang sống cho chính cảm giác mãn nguyện của bản thân. Ý thức của người dân ở đây rất tốt. Do đo, tình trạng giao thông cũng vô cùng tuyệt vời. Tôi thật tự hào khi là người Việt Nam, tự hào rằng trên đất nước hình chữ S xinh đẹp này đã có một nơi tuyệt vời như Đà Nẵng.

Là một người trẻ trung và thích những điều mới mẻ, tiện nghi thì tôi thích một cuộc sống ở thành phố xinh đẹp này.

I like living in the countryside because of some reasons. Environmentally speaking, it is a peaceful place. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without worrying much about environmental pollution.
As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city. While urban security situation is always complicated with all kinds of crimes, rural areas are much more secure because most of countrymen are friendly and ready to help one another.
Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things are very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better residence than cities.

Ngược lại, những điều xấu là rất hiếm gặp ở các vùng nông thôn. Tóm lại, trừ những vấn đề thu nhập, nông thôn là một nơi cư trú tốt hơn so với các thành phố.

My secondary school is a place that bears all the hallmarks of my childhood memories. It is placed in the center of my district. Surrounded by a paddy-field, it enjoys lined- trees and colorful garden, which creates a wonderful view. Moreover, this school was designed with a large- scale plan. It is a 2 storied building of u shape with capacity of 1000 people and it was invested heavily in infrastructures with well- equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many precious chances to discover and develop their inner talents. Besides modern facilities, this school is also well- known for enthusias and qualified teachers who are always dedicated and devoted themselves to teaching career. In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.

My primary school is a paradise with fresh air, picturesque surroundings and beloved people around. It is situated in the countryside among far-flung green fields. Its simple design with two buildings perpendicular to each other and a variety of shade trees and flowers gave me the feeling of closeness. Besides, there was a vacant plot for students to play soccer every afternoon after school. Moreover, all the teachers were extremely whole-hearted and dedicated. In addition, I had close friends who were always by my sides to help me whenever I had difficulties. To put it briefly, this school has had a great impact on my childhood experiences and all memories about this primary school will always be in my deep affection and never fade in my thoughts.

After a stressful semester, my parents decide take me to the country to visit grandparents, leave the noise of city behind. Homeland is a small and peaceful land, beside the Red River. The atmosphere here is very fresh, there is no noise, no pollution as in the city I am living. On two sides of the road there are the rows of green trees and birds singing beside the ears. In front of my grandparents’s house is a small garden. Every morning, after sweeping the house, I am taken to the garden to water vegetables, feed chickens. These children also think some interesting games such as chasing, hide and seek ... For me, everything here is new and amazing. After the trip, I know how to swim and learn many many things. People often say girls love to eat snacks, and I am the best demonstration of that statement. I to eat snacks more than the main meals of the day, and my favorite dishes are milk tea and mixed rice paper. Milk tea is a popular drink for young people, and I have at least one cup for almost every day. At first glance, this is a simple drink because there are just tea and milk with some cold ice. However, there are a lot of other stuffs to make a cup of milk with tea turn into an attractive drink. The combination that I most is jasmine tea, milk, cream cheese and jelly. The aroma of tea, the sweetness of milk, the fatty flavor of the cream cheese and the crispy feeling of jelly make me feel this is the best drink. I usually go to some of my favorite stores, and the staffs there even remember what I am about to order. The most suitable dish with milk tea is mixed rice paper. Some of the basic rolls are rice paper, shrimp salt, mango, dried beef, chili oil, and quail eggs, but buyers can choose the combination they . At lunch time I often buy a bag of mixed rice paper in front of the school entrance, then go to the store and buy a glass of milk tea. My mother always complains that I did not have a proper lunch, and she said that drinking too much milk tea is not good for me. After a time of eating whatever I , I feel that my mother's words are right. I still love these two dishes, but now I know how to adjust the level more appropriately. I drink a lot of water and choose other foods that are more nutritious, but milk tea and mixed rice paper are always my favorite.
