Confronted with the prospect of continued waves of COVID-19 infections, at least until an effective vaccine is readily available, countries around the world are constantly optimizing their policy response to the pandemic. Initially undertaking full-fledged national lockdowns, governments are increasingly seeking more selective and localized public health interventions. Notable amongst these countries are Australia (Melbourne), Spain (Cataluña), and China (Beijing) with their recent focus on highly targeted interventions. Can such an approach be effective in controlling the pandemic? Can it help minimize the economic costs for businesses and people?
For policymakers, answering these questions in near-real time is difficult due to the delay in gathering economic, social, and financial information through conventional means. Large technology companies have made available human mobility data that makes it possible to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 interventions in near real-time worldwide. In this blog, we will illustrate the use of this data to measure impact here in Vietnam, which was recently hit by a second wave of COVID-19 infections.
On July 24, after 99 days of zero community-transmitted COVID-19 infections, a 57 year-old man tested positive in Danang, a major city in central Vietnam with close to 1.5 million inhabitants. Within three weeks, almost 600 people were infected, over 25 deaths recorded. Most of these cases remained concentrated in and around Danang. Authorities were quick to respond to the outbreak: the city was swiftly shut down with an estimated 80,000 tourists evacuated, most hotels and businesses closed, and nearly all domestic and international flights cancelled. Importantly, this approach differed from the policy in April, when a state of emergency was adopted nationwide for three weeks. This time in Danang, Vietnamese authorities opted to implement a strict but localized lockdown instead.

The development of tourism has led to a possibility that space travel will be widely available in the future. However, I would contend that this form of travel is the negative development for the following reasons.
To begin with, there are many negative aspects of space travel. Firstly, the equipment required for this means of travel is relatively expensive because money needed to produce aircrafts is far more than the amount for other vehicles. Secondly, space tourism causes environmental contamination. When operating, aircrafts release huge amount of exhaust fumes into the surroundings, and the ozone layer will be seriously affected while the rockets are launched. Finally, travellers would face the risk of problems related to health. Visiting a strange star is a potential danger because there are circumstances that we cannot control or give first aid whenever necessary.
Some people may claim that space travel can broaden our knowledge of the universe. However, I believe that planets where no life exists have nothing to visit, except for stones and rough surfaces. In lieu of taking the tour, people can have many other ways to gain knowledge of the planets and the universe by reading science books and watching science movies to be safer and less costly. The purposes of travelling base largely on relaxation and discovery; therefore, no justification would be rational to justify the growth of space tourism. That is the reason why many people reject the development of space travel.
In conclusion, I firmly hold the view that space tourism has many drawbacks than benefits, and the development of this industry should not be promoted.

It's called Red Planet because iron minerals in the Martian soil oxidize, or rust, causing the soil and atmosphere to look red. One day on Mars takes a little over 24 hours. Ngôi trường chính là ngôi nhà thứ hai của chúng ta nên những hình ảnh đẹp sẽ mãi mãi theo bên ta.
Tuy đang đứng trước nguy cơ lây lan dịch bệnh nhưng tinh thần đoàn kết, chia sẻ, thương người như thể thương thân của người dân trong mọi miền Tổ quốc đều không mất đi. Hiện nay, đại dịch Covid - 19 đang ảnh hưởng rất lớn đền toàn thế giới. Tất cả mọi người đều đang nổ lực để chung tay ''Chống dịch như chống giặc''. Việt Nam - nước chúng ta - đang thể hiện năng lực, phẩm chất rất tốt trong tình hình nguy cấp này. Tất cả đều vì một đất nước tươi đẹp, dọn dẹp sạch sẽ lũ virus đáng ghét này. Bản thân em cũng muốn đóng góp chút ích cho cộng đồng để mau chóng đẩy lùi dịch bệnh nhưng cũng không biết có thể làm được gì. Em chỉ có thể thực hiện nghiêm các biện pháp Thủ tướng chính phủ đưa ra và mong Việt Nam mau chóng thắng dịch. Tình người lại càng thắm thiết hơn, sâu đậm hơn qua đại dịch này. Chúng ta đều đoàn kết, biết yêu thương, san sẻ với đồng bào của mình. Từ những việc nhỏ nhặt như: tặng khẩu trang miễn phí có người còn mang số tiền,số gạo dành dụm cả đời của mình để ủng hộ cho việc phòng chống dịch. Ôi, thật cảm động ! Những việc làm tưởng nhỏ nhưng lại có ý nghĩa vô cùng lớn. Vai trò và ý nghĩa của mỗi cá nhân sẽ ảnh hưởng vô cùng quan trọng đến sự tồn tại của đồng loại ta. Do dịch Covid-19 nên một số mặt sản lương thực cũng khang hiếm. Vì thế, sự lo sợ vì không đủ lương thực để sử dụng trong mùa dịch nên ai ai cũng đi mua về để tích trữ. Ngoài ra nhân dân còn cùng nhau tạo ra máy ATM phát gạo, cùng chia sẻ từ tinh thần lẫn vật chất với nhau. Thứ nhất là để giúp mọi người đủ khả năng để trang trải cuộc sống trong mùa dịch mà còn mang lại hình ảnh tốt đẹp về lòng thương người. Ôi, những hành động tưởng nhỏ mà lại cao cả !
Các vị tổng thống và chính phủ của các nước đang cố gắng tìm mọi cách để bảo vệ dân của mình.Cùng nhau đưa những kiều bào để trở về quê hương trong tình hình nguy cấp hiện nay. Để trấn an đồng thời giúp cho việc chữa trị của dân mình được tận tình và chân thành nhất. Từ những việc đưa dân từ những vùng nhiễm dịch khác về nước đã thể hiện tình đoàn kết, tình đồng bào của người Việt Nam ta. Càng ngày đất nước càng giàu mạnh và sẽ phát triển hơn nữa nhờ sự bảo vệ và chân thành của thứ tình cảm vô giá này.
Đồng thời, mỗi người phải có ý thức tự phòng chống cho bản thân cũng như giữ sức khỏe cho cả một cộng đồng. Đừng hành động khi chỉ suy nghĩ cho bản thân.
