We live in a small house in the center of Hanoi. My house is small but it is very beautiful. There are 3 floors in the house and it has 3 bed rooms, one kitchen and living room together, others is bed rooms. It is not a fantas house but comfortable. In my bedroom, we has bed, wardrobe, a piano, desk and computer, TV, CD payer…. The living room is small but it is very nice and the kitchen is very convenient. My house also has a small garden with some trees and flowers that my husband is planted. My house isn’t large but it very beautiful, and I love this house so much. My mother is a person I admire most. She devoted a lot of time and energy to the upbringing of my brother and I. Despite working hard, she always made time to teach us many useful things which are necessary and important in our later lives. Moreover, she is a good role model for me to follow. She always tries to get on well with people who live next door and help everyone when they are in difficulties, so most of them respect and love her. I admire and look up to my mother because she not only brings me up well but also stands by me and gives some help if necessary. For example, when I encounter some difficulties, she will give me some precious advice to help me solve those problems. I have a bestfiend and also a neighborhood whoes name is Tuan. His age is the same as mine but he looks older than me. Because he’s very tall and thin, everybody calls him “a palm”. Tuan has a short curly hair and beautiful chestnut brown eyes that appeal of many girls. He is a person of very few words that makes him to be a good listener. Anyone, who has ever contacted with Tuan, thinks about him as a glacial boy. In fact he’s really warm and nice. He’s willing to help people whenever possible. When I was in secondary school, I found Math was very difficult to understand but Tuan solved the Math problems so fast. He spent all seven nights of weeks to help me in Math while he could go out to relax. Tuan was a good all-rounder exception English. Most of the teachers in school and parents highly appreaciated his talent. Only a month ago, he received two full scholarships from America Government to study oversea but he has not yet decided whether he should go or not. Although he has not spent much time to take part in sport activities, he is a well football player. We were in Ha Noi Young Football Team when we were in grade 10. Everything seems perfect to my bestfriend but he’s very modest and always talks to himself to give more effort. I’m proud of Tuan and pray for the good things beside him forever.

After stress and pressure in life, one always has a place to come back called home. I love decorating my own bedroom. My bedroom is on the second floor near my parents’ bedroom. There is a double bed for my younger sister and me. I usually lie above her so that it is easier for me to study late at night without annoying her. The room has a big wood wardrobe, which contains all of our clothes such as: dress, jean, t-shirt and sock. Beside, my mother bought us a dressing table on my 15th birthday; therefore, I put all the makeup-stuff and bandeau here. In the corner stand a large bookshelf in order to store books, academic document as well as family passe-partout. Next to it is a table with a desktop so as to help us investigate more knowledge on the internet. My sister and I really enjoy decorating the room with sker such as: mickey, boo bear, hello kitty, angry bird and so on. Beside, we also sk glow-in-the-dark tape on the ceiling and it turn out to light when darkness comes. Moreover, the room is designed with pink and deep blue so it brings us cozy and fresh feeling when putting step into it. The bathroom is in my room too. It is quite small but always clean and restful as we tidy it up every week. My father suggests having a bathtub; however, we don’t agree since we enjoy having a shower instead of lying in tub. Bedroom is a resting place after a hard studying day; hence we always clean it up so that it is neat and comfortable.

Hello, everybody! My name is Thao. Today I am here to present to you about Favorite TV shows. I very watching cartoons. And of all the film I have seen, “Grave of the fireflies” is one in the cartoons which I most. In Vietnamese it’s called is “Can ham đom đom” or “Mo đom đom”. It’s a tragic story about two childents in the war. It’s made from Japan by Ghibli studio, directed and written by Takahata Isao. It is based on a nover of Nosaka Akiyuki. It’s written as a apologize to his sister. With Japanese, this film is understand as a fable about the respect. Film is been in historical background at the end of the seconds world war from Japan. Film tells a painful story but moving to brothers sentiment of two orphanages : Seita and Setsuko. They lost mother after a fierce bombing of American air force to Kobe city while their father combat for Japanese navy. So Seita and Setsuko must to struggle to exist between the famine and the resistance to merciless of surrounding people (that have their kinship). They have to live in a shelter-pit and often eat frogs and lizards. At the end, Setsuko have to die for hunger, pictures depict painfulness and the death of little girl can be considered as the most mournful film pictures in the cartoon Japan history. When everybody, who had seen this film are asked, most of them said they cried, and that have me.That brings me to the end of my presentation. Many thanks for your attention!

I’m Nam, I’m 15 years old. My favorite sport is swimming. I can go swimming in both summer and winter. Normally, I would go swimming for two days a week on Wednesdays and Sundays. I often go swimming with my best friend. He will wait for me after school. Then starts to go to the swimming pool. I learned to swim when I was 10 years old. Swimming helps me feel better. After a week of hard study, Sunday, dad take you watch football at the My Dinh Stadium.Today Vietnam team met the Thai team. Vietnam team dressed in red, while the Thai team wore blue. Team Vietnam was right before kick off. The referee and referee signaled the game starts. Exciting game from the first minute. First Half our team has notscored any goals.Into the second half, just 10 minutes Cong Vinh pass the Kingdom, he slowly came Thailand defender and scorer scored his first goal for the team in Vietnam. The whole stadium cheers rang loud cheers. The air is very noisy in the field. The match began. Thailand team scored the 1-1 equalizer. But just a few minutes later, Van Quyen team scored a goal to add more. First half really tough, aggressive. But by the end of the game is no more goals are scored. The referee whistle well finish the match. Vietnam team won2-1 This real football game exciting. I hope next time to be announced taken to watch a football game again
1.Write about my mom:
There are four people in my family – my parents, my little sister and I. I love them all, but my favorite one is my mother. Her name is Mui, and she is 39 years old. She works as a manager at a furniture store, therefore she is quite busy. She leaves home at 7 and a half in the morning after making breakfast for the whole family, and she usually comes home late in the evening. She is a beautiful woman with an ideal height, long curly hair and a pair of big round eyes. However, because she spends too much time and effort on her work, she starts to have some signs of old aging such as small wrinkles and freckles on her skin. Since she has to work with many employees, she usually has a serious look on her face, and her voice is a little bit loud. However, she is actually a very nice and outgoing person. She always tries to help the staffs with their work, and she is very devoted to her job. At home, she talks to us in a more gentle voice, and there are very few times when she scolds us. She rarely has time to relax and take care of herself, but some of her favorite things to do when she has any spare time are reading novels, watching romantic movies, and chatting with us. I know she works under a lot of pressures, so I always talks to her about funny and interesting things at my school, and she seems to enjoy my stories very much. My mother is such a great woman when she can be both a good supervisor and a good mother. I love her a lot, and she is my goal to strive for my future.

My father is a talented engineer. This year, he is 42 years old. His building looks very healthy with a slightly tan skin. He has an angular face and curly black hair trimmed neatly. People often praise him as a kind, generous and estimable man. When neighbors have trouble, he is not afraid but be willing to help. At work, he is quite hard working and strict so he is should be loved and trusted by all colleagues. Most of the time my father works away from home, but he always tries to arrange time for our family. At home, Dad often help mommy with housework, cleaning, watering plants, ... and take care of our study. My father and I have the same hobby as swimming, so we always go to the swimming pool near the house to make out who swim better. Besides swimming, he is also gifted in some other sports such as football, badminton, table tennis, basketball, etc. In my eyes, he is also a wonderful friend and teacher. I share with him a lot of happiness and sorow, even the secret. He always llistens, feels sympathetic, and gives me useful advice. Thanks to him, I also learn a lot of good skills such as repairing electrical appliances, driving a motorbike, fishing ...
