\(2B=1+1+\dfrac{3}{2^2}+......+\dfrac{1000}{2^{999}}\)

\(2B-B=\left(2+\dfrac{3}{2^2}+.....+\dfrac{1000}{2^{999}}\right)-\left(\dfrac{1}{2}+\dfrac{2}{2^2}+\dfrac{3}{2^3}+.....+\dfrac{1000}{2^{999}}\right)\)\(2B-B=2-\dfrac{1}{2}-\dfrac{2}{2^2}-\dfrac{1000}{2^{999}}\)

Từ đó suy ra

1/1.1/2+1/2-1/3+1/3+.......+1/998.1/999+1/999.1/1000

=1/1-1/2+1/2-1/3+1/3-.....+1/998-1/999+1/999-1/1000

=1-1/1000

=1000/1000-1/1000

=999/1000
