Vung Tau is a small city in Southeast Vietnam. It is a beautiful city to visit. It has a long beach with a lot of small moutains. At weekend, people love coming here for relaxing because it's pretty quiet and clean. The attraction is old lighthouse, it was built in 1907, from here, you can see most of the sights of the city. The seafood here is fresh, delicious and affordable. You can order your food and it is cooked right before you. But for me, what I like most about Vung Tau is temples and pagodas, I can spend a lot of time wandering around and look at them.

My favourite leisure activity is reading. I like reading because it is a hobby that is useful and interesting: it's useful because you can find a lot of knowledge of all areas that you need; it's interesting because the books can give you the joy and help you relax after a day of toil, etc... I love books and also natural as reading books. When I was ten , I was awarded "The Scarlet Sails" of Alexandre Green by my grandfather. It is the first book that I have been. I read it many times. Up to now, I still love it and occasionally read it again. My love for books begun. I usually spend almost of free time choosing book with my friends, participate in dicussion on the forum and reading . Every weekend and all holidays when I have no work to do, I often read books and ruminate on it. I also help some friends select the genres of books that they like. I always hope that I will have my own library in my future. I love books very much and perhaps, I couldn't live without them.

The country that I love the most is Vietnam. Vietnam is a developing country located in Southeast Asia. Despite being a small country, Vietnam still has many things to attract tourists. We can not deny that Internet has many advantages. It helps us to get more information faster. The Internet is a breakthrough in developing technology. It brings us wonderful advantages. First, education is more and more improved due to appearance of the internet. Students can learn and look for basic knowledge online without spending too much time in the libarary. This leads to the fact that it is very convenient for both teachers and students to broaden their perception. Second, the internet shorten the distance of people even though they are very far from each other. Skype or Yahoo are good ways for them to contact and have fun. It is true to say that distance is not a big problem in such a developing technology world. Third, the internet makes everything easier and faster. For example, we can send or receive documentary through email for a short time wwhile 10 years ago, we need to wait foe 3 or 4 days to send to a far distence.
On the other hand, the internet also has drawbacks. People especially teenager are easily involved in computer games. They take so much time to sit in front of the screen to play games. This doesn't only affect to their health but it also decrease the amount of money which their parents earn by hard works. They can't understand that money doesn't grow on tree. Moreover, the internet prevents them from taking part in outdoor activities beacause of the internet's attraction. This will slowdown socal skills and cause their inconfidence .

The world is developing day by day, and one of its biggest invention is the Internet. The first adventage of the Internet is that it changed our life style. While in the past, people had to go to the supermarket to buy what they wanted or they had to visit the park for entertainment, now we only need to stay at home with a phone connected to Internet, we can easily buy anything or can relax with video games. However, it is also a disadvantage. Some people spend too much time on it, this can do harm to our health and our eyes. Health and fitness is the combination of healthy living with healthy lifestyle. Psychological health is very necessary with the physical health of a person in order to be healthy and fit. We need to eat healthy food and do physical exercises on daily basis in order to remain physically healthy however we need to think positive to remain mentally healthy.
We need to get self motivated as well as take part in the fitness-style activities. We should take our fitness as the matter of every-day routine. Being fit should be our first aim of living a healthy lifestyle. It doesn’t require exercising for hours, just a small amount of exercise and healthy food on daily basis is enough to maintain the health and fitness. We should keep our eyes always open and select stairs instead of the elevator, use cycle instead of car or bike for nearby areas, walk to the next bus stop, etc creates really a big difference. Being involved in daily physical exercises not only keep us fit but also improve our lifestyle and healthy living. It increases our energy level and thus confidence level.
We should enjoy spending hours on morning walk, running, working out at the gym or other physical activities to keep body functioning well as well as improve muscle endurance. We should eat fresh cooked food instead of stale food in order to remain away from the digestive disorders.
New York is a very big city in Northeastern USA. It is a very famous city to visit. The attractions of this city is the cosmopolitan, modern and luxurious with plenty of skycrapers. It is also a fashion and financial centre of the world. For people who want to hunt for a fashionable and luxury clothes or looking for a very good opportunities to earn money, New York is an idea place. If you want to travel to New York, Statue of Liberty, Central Park are some places that you will not want to miss. New York also has many attractive museums and galleries, which are the best of New York for me.
People of ethnic minorities in Phu Yen celebrate Hoi Mua Festival every March. It is held to thank the Rice God for the crop, and to pray for better crops in the future . Families also worship their ancestors and parents on this occasion . Villagers voluntarily contribute money and other things to celebrate the festival. In this festival monks are invited to preach . People play drms , sing songs and dance . They also drink rice wine through a long thin bamboo tube . There are some other activities such as cultural shows , buffalo races, and traditional games . The festive atmosphere is felt around all the villages.
