Thanks for your letter. I'm not happy to hear that you aren't well. Now, I will give you some advice on how to keep fit and stay healthy. At first, you should have a balanced diet. Calorie is a unit of energy that helps us to do our daily activities. We get calories from the food we eat. If you eat too many, you can get fat. If you don't eat enough, you feel tired and weak. Someone told me: "You can count your calories. Then think about how much exercise you do. Eat less junk food, and exercise more. You should be fine." Second, you should try to rest your eyes. Also, try the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes look away about 20 feet for 20 seconds. Next, you should spend less time playing computer games. Many of us love computer games, but we should spend less time playing them. Limit your time to just one hour, two or three days a week, or less. The gap year is typically a period of 12 months constructive leave with a break from study or work to personally pursue other interests. Regarding the advantages of a gap year, when you join a gap year, you can earn some money, improve your life and develop useful contacts. You can also create a lot of friends for yourself, maybe there will be a few friends who can help you later. In addition, you can improve your employability with key skills, spend time between class and further research, challenge yourself, age like that is very adventurous, a gap year is It's a great time for them to do it, but it also has its downsides. During this time, some of you may be too interested in going back to school, or maybe some of you might get injured on the trip, or worse maybe it doesn't just help. you also take a lot of effort, even money. My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. And my teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so you can admit your child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and participate in the inter-school competitions.

My favorite sport is football. It's a team sport. It usually lasts for 90 minutes for a football match. There are 11 players on each team. It's very easy to play because we need only one ball and two goals to play.The goal of the game is to score points by bringing the ball to the opposing team's goal. Except the goalkeeper, the other players are not intentionally using their hands or arms to catch ball. The winner is the team that scores more goals at the end of the game. I usually play football with my friends in the afternoon. I love football very much because it's interesting and good for my health.

Computer is a modern tool which has made life very easy and simple. It has the capability to complete more than one task in small time. It is able to do work of many human beings alone within less time. It is the utility of highest efficiency. The first computer was a mechanical computer which was created by the Charles Babbage. A computer works successfully using its hardware and fully installed application software. Other accessories of the computer are keyboard, mouse, printer, CPU and UPS.
The data which we put into the computer using device is called input data and device as input device and data which we take outside using printer or the other device is called as output data and device as output device. The input data gets changed into the information which can be stored and changed anytime. Computer is very safe tool for data storage which is being used in various fields. We can shop, pay our electricity bill, water bill, video chat, messaging, e-mail messages anywhere in the world and lots of online activities using the internet.

I have eaten a lot of delicious dishes, but the garlic fried rice with eggs from my grandmother is my favorite dish. It is a simple course, and the name also expresses almost all the necessary ingredients. In busy times or when I am hungry at night; just one egg, a few cloves of garlic, a little bit of left over rice from dinner and some spices can create a delicious dish. Usually my mother is the main cook in the family, but sometimes grandma also performs her talent with some breakfast and snacks. Her fried rice is one of a kind because I cannot find fried rice that as well as hers anywhere else. Every time she makes that dish, I stand next to her to learn how to make myself a good plate of fried rice. First she puts the oil and garlic in the pan, after the garlic began to have a good smell, she pours in the seasoned eggs. She puts the rice in just right after the eggs begin to harden, and the eggs cover the rice in a beautiful golden layer. The food is finished after she had put on a little pepper and scallion, and I am always the most eager one to eat it. The aroma of pepper, garlic and fish sauce plus the sweetness and fatness of the egg are a really impressive combination; and each time I have this dish, it is still the first time for me. I try my best to make the fried rice as good as her, but I could never create the delicious taste that she made. Now my grandma is older, so she does not usually cook for us before. My mother always cooks good food, but her garlic fried rice with egg is still the best one for me.

People often say girls love to eat snacks, and I am the best demonstration of that statement. I to eat snacks more than the main meals of the day, and my favorite dishes are milk tea and mixed rice paper. Milk tea is a popular drink for young people, and I have at least one cup for almost every day. At first glance, this is a simple drink because there are just tea and milk with some cold ice. However, there are a lot of other stuffs to make a cup of milk with tea turn into an attractive drink. The combination that I most is jasmine tea, milk, cream cheese and jelly. The aroma of tea, the sweetness of milk, the fatty flavor of the cream cheese and the crispy feeling of jelly make me feel this is the best drink. I usually go to some of my favorite stores, and the staffs there even remember what I am about to order. The most suitable dish with milk tea is mixed rice paper. Some of the basic rolls are rice paper, shrimp salt, mango, dried beef, chili oil, and quail eggs, but buyers can choose the combination they . At lunch time I often buy a bag of mixed rice paper in front of the school entrance, then go to the store and buy a glass of milk tea. My mother always complains that I did not have a proper lunch, and she said that drinking too much milk tea is not good for me. After a time of eating whatever I , I feel that my mother's words are right. I still love these two dishes, but now I know how to adjust the level more appropriately. I drink a lot of water and choose other foods that are more nutritious, but milk tea and mixed rice paper are always my favorite.

Tôi uống nhiều nước và chọn cho mình các món ăn khác có nhiều dinh dưỡng hơn, nhưng trà sữa và bánh tráng trộn vẫn là hai món yêu thích nhất của tôi.

my favorite movie is tom and jerry. it's about a dumb and clumsy cat who always wants to catch a mouse named jerry but he can never catch a pine mouse. Each of those cat movies presents new tricks .when the mouse gets tricked, but most of it gets rid of it. this movie is very entertaining and also a bit of a skill life force (I think so) it's really funny. Whenever I'm stressed, I feel more comfortable and comfortable when I watch it. I love this drama !!

my favorite movie is tom and jerry. it's about a dumb and clumsy cat who always wants to catch a mouse named jerry but he can never catch a pine mouse. Each of those cat movies presents new tricks .cs when the mouse gets tricked, but most of it gets rid of it. this movie is very entertaining and also a bit of a skill. life force (I think so) it's really funny. Whenever I'm stressed, I feel more comfortable and comfortable when I watch it. I love this drama !!
