I have been studying English since I was in secondary, and I realized that I had gain a lot of benefits from learning that language. First, English makes me become much more confident in communicating and expressing my opinion. Through pracing in speaking class, I can develop both my communicating and pronouncing skills. Second, English is a good supporting subject for my writing skill. By following the available grammars, I can gradually know how to make more convincing arguments as well as give demonstrating examples. Third, listening skill helps me to have more focus to the details in every conversation. In that way I can collect more valuable information in just a short time. Besides, I can also develop me note-taking skills since it is necessary to have a good note while I am listening to lectures. Last, what I had learnt in reading skill can be applied perfectly in reading any kind of material. By scanning and skimming, I can understand thoroughly the main ideas of each page. In sum up, all of the four skills of English can parularly help me in a lot of aspects. I am happy that I started learning English at a very young age, and I will continue to prace it.

When I first started to learn English, I spent a lot of time doing research about the Western culture and lifestyle. After a certain time, I discovered that there are a lot of useful things to learn from that. It helps me have a more open mind, and I can see the world from other perspective. In conclusion, every language has a bigger meaning than just a communicating tool. By learning English, I do not only know an international language, but I also learn a lot of things beside it.
We know that our country's traffic problem is very complicated. Often times traffic congestion, car accident. The reason is that the Vietnamese people do not have awareness when participating in traffic. often occupy the roadway, road traffic.all of the causes that often lead to car accidents when in traffic, traffic congestion, .... the way to avoid the above is when participating In traffic we should wear helmets, we must not go in the opposite direction, not occupy the roadway, do not dodge road traffic, do not ride too fast. I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly.
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold
