The world is currently very developed, which means that science and technology are very developing,they play an important part in our life now .They have a lot of advantages. Because they are so useful. They work remotely, even when you're in another part of the world. You can communicate verbally, video, audio and exchange other media. All websites, applications and software have been created to help users socialize. Social media, texting, texting, laptops, tablets, and cell phones mean no one needs to feel isolated in the digital world. Users can be regularly updated with news about local events and social developments. We can also learn through technology. Anyone with access to the internet today can access a huge amount of the world's knowledge through the web. Alternatively, lessons and courses can now be offered virtually online. Energy is very important in our daily life. We use energy for almost everything we do. However energy is limited. We should do the following things to save energy. Firstly, we should use electricity more efficiently. Secondly, we had better reduce our electricity bills. Besides, it’s necessary to turn off the lights when leaving a room or before going to bed to save energy. Moreover, we ought to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In short, we should try our best to save energy for our future and for our planet’s future.

I am a volunteer so I have done many things for the community service. Last month, I raised money and funds for the poor, and they were very hapy. I also donated books and clothes for the children. Last week, I provided houses and food for the homless, and they looked very happy, too. So far, I , and my classmates, have planted trees and beautiful flowers in the school yard. It was so great. I have collected the rubbish on the beach and in the sea then I recycle them. It helps protectthe environment. And I, together with my family, often go to the hospital to help every one there. They are so freindly and they seem very happy when they see us. Volunteering is very good and special to me 'cause I can help others. I 'll do more in the future.

Currently English is very common in Vietnam. It helps us in communication as well as learn the language of England. Not only learning, listening and writing, but now we can rely on is the book to learn more words. Reading will help us to better understanding and use of the correct and reasonably so. Also, if we know how to read, it will be beneficial for us to read and understand it as well. Do not despise reading, do not think that reading is not and does not help then you are wrong, it helps to be much like to study later on you will not be shy in communicating with them and will also not ashamed of talking.

Trong nước cam có rất nhiều vitamin C, đây là một chất chống ôxy hóa giúp làm chậm hiệu ứng của sự lão hóa tế bào và gây tổn hại cho các tế bào. Thậm chí, vitamin C còn có thể giúp tăng cường hệ miễn dịch của bạn!

Nước cam giúp khỏi bệnh do dâu?
Theo Ths.BS. Nguyễn Thị Hằng (Phó chủ nhiệm Bộ môn Đông dược, Học viện Y dược học Cổ truyền Việt Nam): Nước cam có chứa flavonoid có lợi cho sức khỏe và là một nguồn cung cấp các chất chống ôxy hóa hesperidin. Trong nước cam có chứa nhiều vitamin C có thể giúp giảm huyết áp, các chất dinh dưỡng có trong nước cam còn có tác dụng như một chất lợi tiểu, khiến thận bài tiết nhiều muối và nước ra khỏi cơ thể giúp tăng cường đề kháng, chống mệt mỏi. Tuy nhiên, uống nước cam ép không thôi thì chưa đủ để giảm huyết áp mà phải kết hợp với các phương pháp điều trị khác sẽ có hiệu quả hơn.
Ngoài ra, nước cam giúp tăng cường thể lực giải nhiệt, thỏa cơn khát cho người có cường độ vận động cao, tăng cường hệ tiêu hóa và hệ miễn dịch của cơ thể, tẩy trang, làm sạch da, phòng, chống ung thư. Những người ăn nhiều cam, quýt có tỉ lệ nhiễm các bệnh ung thư như: ung thư phổi và dạ dày… rất thấp. Một lượng lớn chất flavonoid và vitamin C trong trái cam giúp làm giảm một nửa nguy cơ mắc bệnh tim mạch.
i nên dùng nước cam và ai không nên?
Bác sỹ Nguyễn Thị Hằng cũng cho biết thêm: Đối với những người bị viêm loét dạ dày, tá tràng, hay viêm tuyến tụy thì không nên uống nước cam, vì trong nước cam có chứa rất nhiều chất hữu cơ làm tăng acid trong dạ dày, gây ra chứng ợ nóng khiến cho chứng viêm loét nặng thêm và nước cam có tác dụng nhuận tràng nên nếu bạn bị tiêu chảy thì nên pha loãng chúng với nước và uống từng chút một thôi.
Mỗi ngày 1 ly nước cam sẽ cho công dụng kỳ diệu, và nước cam tốt nhất nên uống vào lúc không no, không đói tức sau khi ăn 1-2 giờ. Ngoài ra không nên cất giữ nước cam trong thời gian dài vì nước cam để lâu sẽ bị mất hết giá trị dinh dưỡng, đặc biệt là vitamin C.
Không nên uống nước cam vào buổi tối, do nước cam có tác dụng sinh tân dịch và lợi tiểu, dễ gây đi tiểu đêm làm mất ngủ.

Lưu ý khi chọn cam
Khi mua cam cần lựa chọn những quả cam có da bóng, cầm nặng tay, đó là những quả cam ngon. Ngoài ra cần chú ý thêm, phần vỏ cam, phía xung quanh cuống phải dày và cao trong khi chính giữa núm lõm hơn so với xung quanh.
Chú ý thêm, cam chín tự nhiên sẽ hơi vàng ở phần đáy, còn nếu chín đều ở các phần là cam chín do giấm.
Các đặc điểm khác như: cam nhẹ là quả ít nước, xốp, khô. Không nên chọn cam màu vàng tươi, đã rụng cuống vì đó là biểu hiện của chín ép, sâu hại, ong chích... Cam ngon phải là quả có màu vàng mỡ gà, chiếm ít nhất 1/3 quả, da bóng láng, có đốm mờ, vỏ mỏng.
Không chọn quả cam sành quá to, da sần sùi, vàng chóe một bên - quả bị rám nắng, nên vỏ dày, sượng khô, ít nước, không ngọt.
Ngoài ra, trước khi ép nên cho cam vào lò viba, đặt chế độ micro trong 30 giây, để nước cam không bị đắng vì đã làm bay hơi bớt tinh dầu trong vỏ cam, trái cam cũng mềm hơn từ bên trong.
Cách làm
- Lăn quả cam cho mềm
- Rửa sạch cam
- Cắt đôi rồi dùng dụng cụ vắt cam vắt nhẹ tay, vắt đến khi cam ra hết nước
- Đổ nước cam vào ly, pha thêm đường, trang trí thêm cho đẹp và thưởng thức

Being a summer volunteer is one of the good things we can do in our student time. Instead of wasting our time playing games or wandering with our friends, we can join the Blue Summer campaign at schools. By doing so, we can become young volunteers to help people who are in need. I always remember last summer when our volunteer team had been to a poor countryside. That place even lacked of clean water and electricity, while in many other places people are wasting them. After a day of resting, we started to clean up the old school together, attended in the project of reconstructing a number of local bridges which funded by donors. We lived in some of the houses of the local people, and we spent time doing house chores, playing, and eating together. Although their lives are lacking of materials, their hearts are full of love and kindness. We helped them with our strength and the ebullient spirit of youth, and in return they took care of us so we could be safe and happy while we were away from home. After a month and a half, we successfully restored an old school and one bridge, and we built one more small new bridge. These things really helped children at that place had a better educational environment, and people had an easier road to go to work. Local people were very excited with those new constructions, and we promised to come back next summer to bring better things. When the volunteer trip ended, my parents were very happy when I came back home safely. I felt so proud of myself because I could prove that I was a mature person by helping other people. Summer is coming soon, and I cannot wait to be on my next volunteer trip together with my friends.

There are many animals around us, most of them are useful. The closest to us, the dog helps us keep the house, or the cat helps us catch rats. And the birds indirectly created a daily meal for us, because it ate worms, ate rats that were harmful to leaves, and fed rice. And abroad, camels help us safely cross the arid deserts. Technology is now a big part of our society and our predictable future. There is little room for people who wish to live without technology, and luckily, it is still advancing at a rate that has helped stave off stagnation. I believe that for every advantage that technology brings us, it also brings us a disadvantage at the same time.
Smartphones enable people to stay in touch, even over long distances, and they are relatively safe and reliable to use. There are devices that people can use to communicate with plus at the other end of the planet and getting and keeping in touch with other people is very easy.
The disadvantages of smartphone is that it means people no longer need to meet in person as much, and interpersonal relationships are suffering worldwide because people are communicating through a small handheld device. A lot of people have smartphones and they use them almost semi-continuously, including in public settings when they could be making new friends, finding new lovers, and interacting with their current friends.
The advantages of the internet are that people can communicate over vast distances and can gain access to information and get answers to their questions very quickly. The disadvantage is that the Internet isn’t moderated in the way that people think and lots of it is filled with misinformation and outright lies.
Even brand-named websites which have a lot of trust are not accountable for what appears on their own websites. Even respected and branded news sites have stories that have passed through many people’s hands and originally started as lies with zero accountability throughout the dissemination process.
In conclusion, technology brings about such a lot of advantages. However, it’s people’s duty to use it in an appropriate way to make it beneficial.

Công nghệ hiện nay là một phần quan trọng trong xã hội chúng ta và tương lai có thể dự đoán được của chúng ta. Rất nhiều người có điện thoại thông minh và họ sử dụng chúng gần như liên tục, kể cả ở nơi công cộng khi họ có thể được những người bạn mới, tìm người yêu mới, và tương tác với bạn bè hiện tại của họ.
Những lợi thế của internet là mọi người có thể giao tiếp khoảng cách rất lớn và có thể truy cập thông tin và tìm được câu trả lời cho câu hỏi của họ rất nhanh chóng. Điểm bất lợi là Internet không kiểm duyệt theo cách mà mọi người nghĩ và rất nhiều của nó được làm đầy với thông tin sai lạc và những lời nói dối trắng trợn.
Ngay cả các trang web mang tên thương hiệu được tin dùng cũng không chịu trách nhiệm cho những gì xuất hiện trên các trang web riêng của họ. Thậm chí những trang có uy tín và thương hiệu lớn lại có những câu chuyện đã qua tay nhiều người và ban đầu được bắt đầu với sự giả dối và không trách nhiệm.
Kết luận lại, công nghệ mang lại nhiều như vậy lợi thế. Tuy nhiên, đó là nhiệm vụ của mọi người sử dụng nó một cách thích hợp để làm cho nó thật có ích.
Đúng là cái gì cũng có hai mặt. Công nghệ đúng là rất có ích cho cuộc sống của con người. Nó giúp con người thuận tiện trong cả làm việc và giao tiếp. Nhưng không phải lúc nào cũng là những lợi ích, công nghệ cũng gây ra nhiều phiền toái cho chính chúng ta – những người đang sử dụng nó.
