On the fifth day of the first month of every year, the Go Dong Da festival begins to take place. The festival was held in Go Dong Da. Everyone went to see the crowd, everyone wanted to see the Quang Trung monument. The association started with a memorial activity in memory of the cloth-shirt hero Quang Trung Nguyen Hue. The association had games such as: playing chess, swinging, fighting cock ... When the festival ended, I still felt regretful and remembered the hero of cloth shirt Nguyen Hue. I will study well to serve the country. Dong Da Go Association has left a deep impression on her.

Vào mồng năm tháng giêng hàng năm, hội Gò Đống Đa bắt đầu diễn ra. Hội tổ chức tại Gò Đống Đa. Mọi người đi xem rất đông, ai cũng muốn xem tượng đài Quang Trung. Hội bắt đầu bằng hoạt động tưởng nhớ tới anh hùng áo vải Quang Trung Nguyễn Huệ. Lunar New Year festival, also known as Tet, is the biggest traditional festival in my country, Viet Nam. Tet is usually from the end of January to early February. Before Tet, Vietnamese people prepare many things, we always want everything to be perfect for the new year. In particularly, we clean the house and decorate it with flowers and trees such as kumquat tree, peach blossom,… In addition, a huge amount of food will be bought before Tet for making traditional dishes like Banh Chung, Banh Tet, Gio cha,… During Tet, we visit our relatives and give them wishes.  Traditionally, elders will give lucky money to children and the oldest people in the family. However, nowadays, we can give it to anyone including friends, parents, neighbors. Besides, Vietnamese usually go to pagodas or temples to pray for health, wealth, success. All in all, Tet is all about going back to origins, being good to others, enjoying the precious moment, and wishing for the best to come.

Thay pagoda festival is the most popular festival in my hometown. The festival is celebrated in the 7th of March in Lunar calendar, happens in Quoc Oai, a town near Ha Noi center. In fact, people here celebrate the 7 first days of March and the last day is the main festival day. During the festival, tourists can climb the Thay mountain and explore caves here such as “Hang Gio”, “Hang Cac Co”,… Besides, people go there to visit the system of pagodas on the path to the top of the mountain. “Long Dau” is the biggest and most beautiful pagoda here. Because it is shaped like the head of the dragon, its name means that. Praying for health, prosperity and success is the main activity in the festival. On the afternoon, tourists can see the parade around the mountain with traditional music, lion dance, people wearing traditional costums to take their gods to destinations.  My hometown is Bac Ninh, where there is recognized intangible cultural heritage that is the folk song of them. Every year, on January 13, Lim festival is held in Tien Du, Bac Ninh. While the festival is going on, there's a lot of activity. Like other festivals, the Lim festival is divided into ceremonies and festivals. The ceremony is organized with traditional rituals such as worshiping and rituals. The new part of the association is the part that tourists expect. On the lake, there will be brothers and sisters on the dragon boat singing mandarins. The melodies of the charm are so smooth and clear, they are so beautiful. Many people stood on the shore cheering and taking pictures. While the festival took place, there were also many games such as cockfighting, wrestling, throwing ... Visitors who come here can also buy or rent their costumes to take pictures or buy a lot of beautiful souvenirs. Hoi Lim not only brings human value but also great economic value for Bac Ninh province.

Tet is a national festival in Vietnam,  many Vietnamese people love it. Tet is celebrated in the January of lunar calendar to welcome new year. Before Tet, people buy food, fruits, drink, flowers, and the most important is the peach blossom or kumquat tree. Children are bought new clothes by their parents. On New Year's Eve, all of the family members gather to give each other the best wishes and have a meal. During Tet, people can go to the parks, stadiums to see fireworks, it is very beautiful. Children can receive lucky-money from parents and relatives. I like staying at home to watch the New Year's comedies, it makes me laugh a lot. On the next day, people go to the temple to thank the ancestors, Buddha who helped everyone in the old year. In short, I really love Tet.
