I was born and grown up on the poor land in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province. That’s where deeply attaches to me 24 years of life. If anyone who asks me that “What’s the thing your most proud of?” .I will answer that’s my hometown. Duc Tho is the land poor where the people live by rice cultivation, breeding, and fishing. Although the life is very difficult, but the people is very friendly, and studious. In Duc Tho, there is a Tung Anh village where called “Doctor village”. Duc Tho is also the home of Tran Phu Secretary General, and marked many memories of the great leader Ho Chi Minh.
If you come to Duc Tho, you will feel many interesting things, visiting Tran Phu tombstone, La Giang dyke, rowing on La driver, and enjoying the traditional songs. In the evening, they can enjoy a special food which is “mussel rice” – just only eat one time, you will never forget.
Beautiful and unobtrusive! Duc Tho always tries to grow, and to improve the life of people, but keeping the traditional culture.

“Tôi sinh ra và lớn lên trên miền đất nghèo thuộc huyện Đức Thọ, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh. Đó là nơi gắn bó với tôi 24 năm cuộc đời. Nếu có ai hỏi tôi rằng “Điều gì làm tôi tự hào nhất?”. Tôi sẽ trả lời đó chính là quê hương tôi. Đức Thọ là mảnh đất nghèo, người dân ở đây sống bằng nghề trồng lúa, chăn nuôi và đánh cá. Đức Thọ cũng chính là quê hương của cố tổng bí thư Trần Phú, và đã ghi nhiều dấu ấn của lãnh tụ Hồ Chí Minh vĩ đại.
Nếu đặt chân đến Đức Thọ, bạn sẽ cảm nhận được nhiều điều thú vị, đi tham quan mộ cố tổng bí thư Trần Phú, đê La Giang, chèo thuyền trên sông La, và nghe câu hò ví dặm. Khi hoàng hôn xuống, cùng nhau thưởng thức cơm hến – một đặc sản ẩm thức chỉ ăn một lần là nhớ.

I and Hung are team mates in our school’s soccer team, and that is the reason we became best friends. At first we did not know each other, but we quickly became close after just a few weeks. Hung is a good player, so he always helps me prace to improve my skills. In order to thank him, I become his instructor in some of the subjects in class. I am as tall and slim as Hung, and many people say that we look brothers. In fact, we are even closer than brothers. We can share almost everything, from feelings to clothes and hobbies. I always proud of our friend ship, and we will keep it this as long as we can.

I live in the suburbs of Nha Trang city. There are many good things about living in my neighbourhood. First, it has beautiful parks, sandy beaches, and sunny weather all year. So, it's very good for outdoor activities and events. Second, the traffic here is also great because the roads are wide and people follow the traffic lights very well. Also, my neighbours are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can make friends with them and ask them for help easily. However, there is one thing I don't like about living here. It's quite inconvenient because if you want to hear some live music or watch a movie at the cinema, you have to catch a bus to the city centre. Despite that, I still love living here.

My neiborhood is not big, but it has a nice view. But, some year recently, people often do not take rubbish into recycle bins, walk on the grass, use more dirty energy, noise pollution,.... So I dislike something much. Althought my neighbor is so dirty, peole here improve themselevs. I like my neighborhood because it's my homeland, the peole here so friendly, there are a lot of parks, supermarkets, schools,... here.

My name is Tien and I’m a Vietnamese. I am eleven years old. I live in Ha Nam Province in the North of Vietnam.
I have a big family with six people. I have a sister and a brother. My sister is younger and my brother is younger than me. My father is a carpenter . My mother is a housewife. She is nice and she is really good at cooking. I love my family so much .

Life in the countryside is quite different from that in the city. First, it is the atmosphere that differentiates the two living environments. In the countryside, the air and water are much fresher and safer, thus living there is totally comfortable and beneficial for our health. In contrast, people who live in big cities suffer from health problems and diseases related to poor air quality and sources of polluted water. Second, prices and costs of living are cheaper in the countryside than in big cities. Vegetables, fruits and meats are home-grown and home-produced. However, in cities, people have to go shopping for them. Third, the interpersional relationships are more harmonious and friendlier. Those who live in the same village, especially neighbours, for example, know each other very well. There is a close-knit cooperation between people in working and many other daily activities. On the contrary, negatively speaking, city people only live and know their own business. They hardly care about who their neighbours are and what they do. Sending a helping hand, as a result, is never seen among city people. In conclusion, although the city life holds many advantages that make life more convenient, I always prefer living in the countryside where the environment is nice, the costs of living is affordable, and the intimate relationships among people are really meaningful. Personally, If I had a choice between a villa in the city and a small house with garden surrounding, the latter would seem better to me.

Life in the village is simple and warm! People here legs covered their faces mud but loyal and beautiful, lasting impression. The children here do this joke sick child mice skinny, black, curly hair, bare ride runs between lunch fields. Every morning, I saw her in the village to the river carrying water, laundry, wash the rice, the farmer ... The field, rice paddy. The students go to school. The vegetables and flowers she brought to market. At noon, the farmer resting, sitting beneath a banyan tree and enlist dinner nap a few minutes. This time the students had gone home. Afternoon, I found out the first lane 1 basket she brought only a few bundles left over after selling vegetables at the market, the buffalo farmer after 1 business day. Buffalo designs ample tread it looks majestic. Children flying a kite to the kite fold, brought home and agreed to meet the next day! Me and Minh Anh have been close friends since childhood. Minh Anh's figure is high, your chubby, full face is also lovely. Dark skin tone. Long hair. The black eyes are always open and round like two marbles. The upturned nose and wide smile always reveal two shiny white teeth. In Minh Anh, everyone is dynamic, confident, witty and funny, very likable. Minh Anh is good at Math, and I'm good at Literature. Therefore, we often support each other to study well. Me and Minh Anh play together very comfortably. I hope that when we grow up, we will still be best friends like we are now.
Đằng sau những bữa cơm ngon canh ngọt là một người phụ nữ đảm đang đó là mẹ em, hàng ngày mẹ vẫn tất bật những bữa cơm cho gia đình cẩn thận và tỉ mỉ.
Mẹ em năm nay trạc bốn mươi tuổi, dáng người nhỏ nhắn, gọn gàng. Công việc hàng ngày của mẹ đó là đi chợ và nấu ăn. Sau khi đi chợ mẹ đặt chiếc giỏ xuống, cài cài tóc cho thật gọn rồi chuẩn bị nấu ăn. Em cũng xuống bếp phụ mẹ, mẹ đưa xoong gạo để vo rồi bật nút, thế là xong. Trong khi chờ cơm chín, mẹ lấy thức ăn trong giỏ ra và đặt lên bàn bếp, những thực phẩm rau củ quả tươi được mua về cho bữa ăn. Bàn tay mẹ nhẹ nhàng nhặt sạch rau bỏ đi những lá úa, bị sâu ăn, rửa lại sạch với nước. Đến phần làm cá mẹ cầm cá tươi cắt đuôi, vẩy rồi dùng tay luồn vào bên trong móc hết ruột, mang, mật, rửa lại với nước. Đến phần thịt thái mỏng từng lát sau đó ướp các gia vị cần thiết.
Thời gian thực hiện cho bữa ăn cũng chỉ ba mươi phút, thế là cơm đã sôi, mẹ lấy đũa lớn xới lên cho cơm chín đều. Thịt cá cũng được kho thơm phức. Những thành viên trong gia đình ai cũng khen bữa cơm ngon, mâm cơm hôm nào cũng hết sạch, tài nấu nướng của mẹ quả là số một.
Công việc nấu ăn nhìn đơn giản vậy chứ mệt lắm đấy nhé, nhưng với mẹ đây là công việc vừa vui vừa hạnh phúc khi được tận tay nấu những bữa ăn ngon, dinh dưỡng cho gia đình. Em thầm cám ơn mẹ nhờ có sự chăm sóc đó mà cả nhà ai cũng khỏe mạnh.
