Dear Kha Vy, How are you? I was very happy when I got a letter from you. I am really happy that you spent a wonderful summer holiday in Sa Pa. And now, I would like to tell you about my summer holiday. Last summer I visited Cua Lo beach with my parents. We went there by car. We stayed in Binh Minh hotel for a week. In Cua Lo, we visited a lot of interesting places: Hon Ngu island, Nguyen Su Hoi temple. But the most exciting for me was visiting Hon Ngu island. It was fantastic and romantic.. Food in Cua Lo is extremely delicious. I especially felt excited with the courses from seafood such as "cua rang me, chao ngao or mam ruoc" Cua Lo's people are very friendly and warm. So, my parents and I felt happy very comfortable like at home. Well, I told you everything about my holiday. Trang, what places do you want to visit on your next holiday? Why? Chúng tôi đi đến đó bằng xe ca. chúng tôi ở khách sạn Bình minh 1 tuần. Ở cửa lò, chúng tôi thăm rất nhiều nơi tuyệt vời như: đảo hòn Ngu; chùa Nguyen Sư Hội. Nhưng thú vị nhất đối với tôi là thăm đảo Hòn Ngư, Nó rất tuyệt vời và lãng mạn. Thức ăn ở Cửa Lò là đặc biệt ngon. Tôi đặc biệt cảm thấy hào hứng với món ăn từ biển như : Cua rang me, chao ngao, mắm ruốc Con người ở Cửa Lò rất thân thiện và ấm áp, vì vậy bố mẹ tôi và tôi cảm thấy rất vui vẻ và thoải mái như ở nhà. Tốt, tôi đã kể cho bạn về kỳ nghỉ hè của tôi, Trang, Bạn muốn thăm nơi gì vào kỳ nghỉ hè tiếp theo ? Tại sao? Tôi hy vọng nhận được trả lời từ bạn Chúc bạn

To live and work well we must have good health, so I get some routine to keep my health. Every morning, I get up early that to go for a walk about 20 minutes. I don't ever forget to have breakfast, because it's very important to provide my energy working all day. I don't drink any alcohol as beer, coffee, ect... According to me, one of the best ways to stay health, we should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables with meals, and drink a lot of water.
I usually sleep 7 hours and don't stay up late. Besides, to reduce the problem of stress and get my energy back, I often come back to my country to relax and breath fresh air. It's not so far, only 30km. I really feel comfortable there.

We should eat heathy food such as meat,fish,eggs,yogurt,a lot of vegetables,and should a lot of fruits,too.if we eat unhealthy food such as candy,fast food...but we do not exercises,we will get obesity.so we do exercises or play some kinds of sports every morning,and we should not be lazy.when we go out,we should wear a sun hat

Firstly, we can use leaves to wrap food , reuse and recycle bottles and cans to reduce garbage

Secondly, we shouldn’t throw trash onto the water to keep water cleaner put garbage bins around the school yard to prevent lazy students from throwing trash and to keep the schoolyard clean.

Nextly, we should go to school or to work on foot or by bicycle to reduce exhaust fume to keep our air cleaner.

Hello everybody! My name is Linh. Today I will tell us about how to keep fit and stay healthy. In my opinion, there are many things to keep fit. Firts of all, we should eat three meals in a day and enjoy some delicous food such as vegetables or fruit. Secondly, we must drink enough water every day. Thirdly, we should do exercise and play sports more than. Fourthly, we should spend more time to enjoy outdoor activities than playing games on computer or watching TV, because they can affect our eyes. Finally, we should go to see a doctor to check our health. My opinion is end. Thanks for listening

Staying healthy physically can help you stay healthy emotionally too. If you're eating the right food and keeping fit, your body will be strong and help you to cope with stress and also fight illness. Eating well and exercising often when you're a teenager will also help you stay in good health later in life. TODAY we live in a country that is polially so polarized that it prevents government from getting anything done, both at the federal and state level. We are being torn apart by some of the ugliness we see on television each evening, and we are led by the most controversial president in American history. I am 76 years old and have served in public service for more than 50 years as a mayor and a leader of nonprofit organizations, and I have never been so worried for our country as I am today. Even during the civil rights movement in the ’60s and the much-hated war in Vietnam we held out hope for a better America.

When I want to feel better, I take a long walk through my neighborhood. I live in an older neighborhood near downtown Bremerton, a neighborhood that is diverse in terms of people’s age, their polis, which church they attend, the color of their skin and their income levels.

What I see are people who to organize a weekly farmers market, hold festivals, have food drives for the needy or help raise funds to upgrade one of our neighborhood parks. Their goal is to create a community where people live longer, healthier, happier lives. Shouldn’t that be the goal of any of our government institutions? Shouldn’t every action taken by our government have some positive impact on our ability to live healthier, happier, longer lives? Instead, our lawmakers spend more time fighting, without a willingness to compromise, only to end up getting nothing done.

I have come to believe that the local neighborhood might be the most effective and powerful tool we have today that can impact the quality of our lives. Organized neighborhoods can support local business, provide resources for entrepreneurs, help with job training, create a strong neighborhood business association, and encourage neighbors to buy local. They can improve our health with community gardens, walking clubs and walk-in health clinics.

Today, we should all do all we can to activate our neighborhoods by encouraging neighborhood associations, empowering neighborhoods to positively impact the community, and provide a framework and support for grass-roots projects.

Organized neighborhoods can connect people through neighborhood clubs, block parties and can use technology for staying in touch and sharing information. We can work together and plant more trees, organize a tool lending library, and share our talents by offering classes and workshops. This is the America I want to live in, and it is right here in my own neighborhood.
