Every year when Tet comes, my family will buy a cherry tree to play spring but this year is different. My father was given a apricot tree by a friend in the south, so this year my family used apricot to adorn the house. The apricot tree is not very tall, just a little higher than me. The branch of the tree radiates around a cherry tree. Young green leaves are full of life. But the most beautiful is the apricot blossom. Apricot flowers are similar to the peach blossom of the North but differ in color and size. Its petals are bigger than peach blossom and have a warm bright yellow. My mother said that yellow was the warm sunshine of the far south, which somehow made the house more cozy. Yellow pistil is equally striking. Before the 29th New Year, she and her mother decorated the tree with small lanterns, sentences, flashing lights that made the tree extremely beautiful. Anyone who came to my house would give me a compliment. But apricot flowers do not adapt to the cold weather in the North so only a few days after Tet is the flower begins to fall. I'm sad but I can't do anything. My father told me that next year, I would ask you to buy a tree to return to the spring to play, then there would be conditions for me to go to the South to visit the apricot garden. I am very happy and looking forward to next year's Tet.

As a nation we are proud to have many legendary and visionary leaders who had shaped our fortune and devoted their lives and time to build the country. Among those impressive leaders and poliians I would pick (...say a famous leader's name...) as my most favourite leader whom I really admire and respect. He is such a popular and beloved leader that I have found that most of the people and admire him. He possesses a very high polial position with really immense power and yet he has chosen to lead such an ordinary and poor life that it is possible only by a dedicated, honest, good hearted and completely honest leader. While he could have made a great fortune and could have exercised his power many other poliians and leaders, he has chosen the honesty, integrity, responsibility and truth as his virtues.
The most appealing part about him is his honesty and fierceness for the truth and just. He does not fear any one as long as it is to establish the just and right. Because of his invaluable contribution and dedication many positive changes have been made in our country. I, many others, him because of his honesty, truthfulness, and fight for juse, dedication, patriotism, and benevolent attitude to the poor people. He is a rare poliian in this era of corruption and selfishness. The world needs more leaders him to make it a better place.
I am sure with his contribution our nation will progress further. The vision and leadership quality of this poliian would inspire the young party members to contribute towards the betterment of the nation.
My house is located in a small quiet alley. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. Next to the living room is the kitchen where is used for cooking and enjoying the meals. In the middle of the room is a dinner table which is made from wood. Three cookers, a refrigerator and all the neccesary stuff for cooking is arranged carefully in the right corner of the room. In the left of the kitchen is a clean toilet. Beside the toilet is the bathroom which is equipped a shower and a bathtub. There are only two rooms upstairs that is my parents’ room and my private room. I’ve decorated my bedroom with adorable wallpaper and many lovely stuffed animals. A single bed is placed next to the window so that I can stargaze before falling asleep. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contain many kinds of book. There are also an old television and a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.

Tôi trang trí phòng của mình bằng giấy dán tường rất ngộ nghĩnh và nhiều thú nhồi bông dễ thương. Chiếc giường đơn được đặt cạnh cửa sổ để tôi có thể ngắm sao trước khi chìm vào giấc ngủ. Đối diện giường là bàn học và kệ sách chứa rất nhiều loại sách. Trong phòng của tôi còn có một chiếc tivi cũ và một chiếc đàn piano. Tôi đặc biệt thích chiếc đàn piano bởi vì đó là món quà mà tôi tặng sinh nhật tôi. In the living room, there is a table, four chairs, a television and an air conditioner. My bedroom is very nice. There is a computer, a bed, a lamp and two pictures on the wall. And a bookshelf above the table, some teddy bears on the bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove and a sink. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom. My hobby is watching TV. I love watching TV in my free time very much. Watching television is my indoor hobby however it never interfere with my study at school or at home. I always prefer to finish my school homework and learn well then I can have time to watch TV. I always think watching TV is a good hobby because it can provide me good knowledge in many other areas. I generally discovery channels and see news including animal planet. I also watch interesting cartoons which can bring me creative and new ideas to make cartoons and arts for my art subject at school. My parents also love my hobby and they are very happy when they listen a lot of the lastest news via me in my own voice.
