Topic 1

- I live in a house

- My house has 4 room: living room, bedroom, kitchen and a attic. It also has a small garden to grow vegetables and flowers.

- I lived there for about 10 years

- I live in a small room. In there, it has a brown desk, a gray bed and a balcony looking out

- I like my room because it has many books. I like read  books

- I live with my family

- My family spends most of the time in the living room reading, watching movies, listening to music together

- I’m not live in a flat. I live in a house. In my house, I usually study, read books, and do housework

- I live in a clean, spacious and airy accommodation

- Yes, I plan to live there forever

- I like living in a house

- Yes, It’s very good

- In the future, I want to live in a large villa.  It has many trees, flowers, supercars, robots, and has a swimming pool.  There are many modern and smart devices in the house

- My favorite room in the villa is the book room

- In the past, I lived in an apartment. Now, I live in a house

- Yes, I think so too.  Because when we live in a comfortable environment, we will have better health, and we will be more comfortable mentally.  No matter what, it also gives us more energy

- I think they are wasting a lot of their money. Because we can still live in an affordable house, not necessarily a house that costs a lot of money.

In my opinion, every single person has her / his own way to learn English.

For me, the best way has always been watching films, cartoons, tv shows and certain tv channels  BBC or Sky news. Since I was little I watched cartoon network and despite I didn't understood a word I kept watching and now I see that it was a good thing to do :) About the films, in Portugal none of the films are translated but instead we have subtitles. That is a very good thing due to the fact that when you are younger you can associate the words said do the words on the subtitles (I always learned some new words!) and know I challenge myself by only listening to what they say and not read the subtitles!

The second good way to learn English is to write several times the new words we learn, for instance, when I learned the colours or the numbers or even the name of our clothes, the homework was to write each new word five or ten times!! This definetly helped me a lot!

A third good way to learn and practise our English is to talk with our friends or teacher in class! This way we can practise new vocabulary and at the same time we learn with the mistakes that we might say during our speech. And at the end we always say "I could have said that in a different and better way!".

Next advice is to read a lot, not only books but newspapers and magazines as well! There is so much good and new vocabulary in a book that we have no idea! That's why I try to read in English at every opportunity that I have! Even if I don't understand the meaning of that word, I can understand the meaning of the sentence and by that I can try and guess what that word really means!

Finnaly, the last but not the least, I would recomend all people learning English to go to England, to try to have a conversation with native speakers or even listen to them speak! Go shooping, go to the café, go to dinner, to a movie or even the theatre and you will see that this is for sure the best way to really learn English! You also will have the chance to discover a new culture and visit new places that you might not ever forget! =)

1.To really understand a culture, you must speak the language. There is a trend to learn English all over the world now. It is true that English has become the international language of business, aviation and communication. Most leading countries in the world speak English . If we knowEnglish, we can communicate and read books in English. We can learn and understand more about the modern technology and sceince from these advanced countries. I think it is very useful for us to learn English well.
But how to learn English well? I have learned English for three years and I learned both at school and at home. At school, I will ask my teacher or my friends if I don't understand. At home , I often do more grammar exercises in grammar books or use Internet to search new excercises .
Besides, we can learn E by other ways. I always learn structures by heart and make sentences with structures. Now my writing and speaking is very good but my listening is bad. So I often speak e with my friends regularly, learn by heart all the new words, write E words as much as possible , watch TV programs, listen to E tapes or E programs on the radio, read short stories or newspapers in E, use a dictionary to look up new words,etc..
Nowsadays, E is acompulsory sencond language in many countries. That is my ways to learn E. I think we have different ways to learn well. What about you? How do you learn E?

2.

In the modern world, people will speak English a lot so I think English is useful now. There are three ways to leanrs English effectively and get the best result.

First of all, you must do much homework of English and share with your friends. Then, you also listen to English songs when you do your housework because you can learn English vocabualaries. Finally, you should learn on the Internet to get many new forms.

If you do it, you wil get a good job and a good life.I wish you can find happy in English.
