I like swimming because it has so many benefits. It has many benefits for human health and helps me stay in shape. Swimming also helps me become more supple. I think using internet has more advantages then disadvantages. First of all, Internet provides access to a lot of information. Some of them are very useful in your job other helps in your hobby. Searching the net with Google, you can find everything you want. You can also do shopping using Internet. Of course it has no sense to buying a roll, but if you need something inaccessible, you will be able to buy it in Internet shop. You need only to select what you want, fill in some forms and click ok. In a few days you will get what you have ordered directly to your home, without going anywhere. You can pay with your credit card, pay postman when you get the package, or transfer money from your bank account. Nowadays almost every bigger bank offers transferring money with Internet. It is more faster then going to the bank and filling blankets. Transferring money in traditional way takes about a day, using Internet you can do this in few seconds even in Saturday and Sunday evenings. What’s more internet banks give you insurance against unauthorized transaction. Some people thinks that their money can by easily stolen by hackers. It isn’t true because the easiest way to steal your money from internet bank is breaking to your house and stealing you card of codes. Internet banks have very good protections witch make them practically unbreakable.
Next advantage of internet is email. Internet mails get in a few seconds in their destinations. It is very important when you want to send something for example to Australia. Of course you can send not only texts. You can email whatever you want, movies, photos, songs, computer programs etc. Costs are very important advantage of emails. Sending an email is much cheaper then phoning, or sending normal letters.
Beside a lot of advantages, Internet has some disadvantages too. First of disadvantages is that people who spend too much time sitting in the front of computer can easily gets ill. Radiation emitted by computer’s screen is harmful to eyes. People who spend too much time at their homes (because they needn’t go anywhere, they can do everything using Internet) are getting weaker. Sitting a for long time is also harmful to the spine.
Second disadvantage is that Internet can by addictive. Some people just can’t live without it. They have no real friends and when Internet is down they are getting furious.
Internet has some opponents but more and more people treats Internet like telephone, or radio. They use it for fun and work, and I think at present living without internet would be quite difficult.
vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice - paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. when I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're like the most speicial dish in this world.
My favourite food is Pho. Pho is the most popular food among the population and it plays an importance thing in the spirit of Vietnamese people, especially the people who live in Ha Noi. Anyone feels hungry in a short time in the morning can also
enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho to fill their empty stomach. Have many Pho but there are two main kind of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. The ingredients of Pho are rice noodles and borth which is generally made by simmering bones, flanlsteak charred onion and spices, it takes several hours to prepare. When people eat Pho they can add some kind of thing such as chilli, peper,"dam"...I love Pho very much I can eat it everyday without boring. I'm sure that you do it, too. Wherever in Vietnam Pho is special food. I like most of drink! But my favorite drink is fruit juice because I like fruits. They are healthy, fresh and delicious! Especially, I like minute made which is made 100 % of fruits. It costs 120 yen. It is little expensive, but it is so delicious and healthy. My father likes too. I want to have it now. Have you ever drunk it? If you have never drunk it, I want you to drink it! I recommend you it! Recently, I like tea because my friends and my father like it very much. I am influenced by them. I didn't like tea until high school student. But now, I like milk tea, apple tea and fruit tea. I am glad to be able to have it.

Why is music important to dairy life? Whether listening or playing music or watching a concert, music is important. Music can cheer us up, pump us up, help us to have a good time, or simply help us think… Whatever you listen to, do a little bit dairy. I’m speaking as a musician. Things in life inspire me to create music. The inspiration comes at most random moments. I make sure to carry a notebook around or some sort of thing to write on. So whatever you do, get involed in music. It can be, no, it will be a life changing experience.
Being a summer volunteer is one of the good things we can do in our student time. Instead of wasting our time playing games or wandering with our friends, we can join the Blue Summer campaign at schools. By doing so, we can become young volunteers to help people who are in need. I always remember last summer when our volunteer team had been to a poor countryside. That place even lacked of clean water and electricity, while in many other places people are wasting them. After a day of resting, we started to clean up the old school together, attended in the project of reconstructing a number of local bridges which funded by donors. We lived in some of the houses of the local people, and we spent time doing house chores, playing, and eating together. Although their lives are lacking of materials, their hearts are full of love and kindness. We helped them with our strength and the ebullient spirit of youth, and in return they took care of us so we could be safe and happy while we were away from home. After a month and a half, we successfully restored an old school and one bridge, and we built one more small new bridge. These things really helped children at that place had a better educational environment, and people had an easier road to go to work. Local people were very excited with those new constructions, and we promised to come back next summer to bring better things. When the volunteer trip ended, my parents were very happy when I came back home safely. I felt so proud of myself because I could prove that I was a mature person by helping other people. Summer is coming soon, and I cannot wait to be on my next volunteer trip together with my friends.

I forgot how my grandmother was standing on the podium, lecturing every once and a while. I remember how the dusty time to fly lightly fly and settle on the teacher's love hair. I can listening when I am doing my housework such as clean the floor, wash clothes, wash dish…or when I sleep…I love Taylor Swift, Rihana…they are great singers. I can learn English vocabulary when listening to English songs and it also make me feel relaxed.
I think it a good hobby and I will never stop it.

Swimming has four main strokes. They are crawl stroke, breast stroke, back crawl stroke, and butterfly stroke. My favourite swimming styles is breast stroke. In this stroke the arms and legs work in turn. First the arms pull, then the legs kick and the whole body glides forward with arms and legs straight. I also like butterfly and I can do crawl and backstroke, too but not very well.
I go to the swimming pool four or five times a week., and in every week. I practice a lot to improve my swimming skills. I want to achieve good results. Last month I participated in a swimming competition in town with twenty – five more swimmers and I won first prize.
Swimming is not just a leisure time’s activity but has many advantages that are good for human’s health. It helps me to keep fit. With swimming, I can burn 25% of my body’s fat. Besides that, with swimming I can free from asthma. Swimming also keeps you safe in the water. Swimming is interesting and pleasant, it is a good choice for a hobby.
