You can do some easy movements right after you get up. Try to work out at least half an hour or an hour at a gym a day or walk around your neighborhood. Exercise improves the body in many ways. It makes your heart and muscles become stronger. It is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight.

Avoiding Bad Habits

Some habits are really unhealthy such as staying up late or working too hard. You should sleep enough and take a rest after working for a long time. Remember to shower and clean your teeth every day.

Sheila usually (eat) eats vegetables and some meats. For example, she (have) has chicken or fich with rice and salad and she (like) likes drinking water or juice. After that, she (brush) brushes her teeth. In the evening, sheila (walk) walks to the sports center. There, she (play) plays tennis or (do) does some exercise. When she (be) is hungry, she always (eat) eats some fruit. Sheila never (go) goes to bed after ten because she (need) needs to get enough rest to get up early in the morning. Mark always (get) gets up at twelve in the morning. He (not have) doesn't have breakfast. Mark (like) likes having hamburgers, pizza, crisps and hot dogs for lunch.
