Today, I'll tell you about a place I visited last summer- Hue.

Hue is a city which is filled mostly by trees, so the weather here is very cool, fresh and quiet. However, the city is not less busy and crowded than others. Each year, the city celebrates the fantas festival to introduce the Vietnamese traditional food, flowers, trees, kite flying and Vietnamese traditional costumes. Throughout the city, the ancient tombs, temples and gardens of age with a few hundred years old are still preserved.

Hue has several tourist attractions which are very peaceful and ancient. Among these is Hue Citadel which was recognized is World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Hue Citadel is one of the place where attract the most tourists every year. Besides, there are many ancient pagodas, temples... that is also known by many tourist tourists around the world.

In summary, Hue is a city that has something to offer everyone. And here is certainly worth visiting and surely that Hue is one of the most ideal place to spend a holiday.

I had many fun there.

Along with the rapid development of technology, a number of technological devices have been launched to people. The modern one that is the most useful to me is a smartphone.

I just bought my smartphone at the beginning of this year because I found it quite nice and has many useful features that facilitate my school work. Firstly, its wifi connection is incredibly fast making it easy to download lectures and homework. Thanks to this, my study became simpler and easier. Another feature that I really is its camera. The smartphone is a miniature digital camera that I can take anywhere. Moreover, the captured images are extremely sharp and vivid.

My favourite TV programme is “Discovering The World”.It provides us with a lot of interesting facts about nature, the universe, humans, animals and plants all over the world.It's on VTV3 channel, at 12 pm from Monday to Thursday.I it so much because it gives me a lot of information about everything around us.You know I discovering strange facts about our planet, so this programme is very useful and interesting to me.

I’m going to talk about “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody”. Well, un kids nowadays who have tons of ways to entertain themselves, back in 2005, we were totally glued to the Disney Channel, a popular channel for kids that is loved by adults as well. Not only me but also my siblings love this channel and we often watch it together in family gatherings.

Ha Long Bay is beautiful!

Last summer holiday, I went to Ha Long Bay with my family. It's the most beautiful place I've ever been. The weather has been perfect. It's sunny! I staying in the hotel. The hotel and the food are nice. We had explore the caves, such as : Thien Cung Cave, Dau Go Cave,Sung Sot Cave,... They're very nice. Tomorrow, we're cycling around the city to discover all the landmark in the city.

Some years ago, my husband and I travelled through a small town in Italy near the Alps. We had not prepared ourselves with even a passing knowledge of the language. Young people in jovial spirits walked beside us, many with colorful scarves around their necks for warmth. One girl snacked on olives from a glass jar while another sipped wine from a bottle as we would sip Coca Cola. We ambled through a cobbled street lined with shops and searched for gift ideas to bring back to our sons. Entering a small shop which offered sports apparel, the language barrier hit us squarely. Using gestures and minimal English, I tried to communicate our wishes. The savvy shop keeper immediately lead us outside and grabbed several young boys, all the while expounding to them in Italian our predicament. With raised eyebrows she questioned if this child was similar in size to our sons. Returning to her shop, the good-natured boys served as mannequins for several soccer shirts until we made our selection. We bought two shirts as the boys smiled, waved and returned to the street. To this day, our now 40-year old son remembers the shirt emblazoned with the name of an English soccer team for which he has become an ardent fan.
