- What do you do to keep fit and stay healthy ?

To keep fit and stay healthy usually go for a walk, do some sports activities,eat balanced meals. Sometimes, i go for a walk and go swimming.

My mother is my best friend. She loves me and cares for me. When I am in any kind of trouble I seek help and solace from her. She gives me generously of her time, and does all she can to comfort me and make me happy.

My mother always wishes me well, and prays for my good health, happiness and success. I cannot thank my mother enough for all that she does for me. I am grateful to God for giving me such a wonderful mother. I love my mother, and hope I can make her proud of me.

My best friend classmate is Nhi. The first reason why I her most is her nice appearance. She has long black hair and beautiful eyes. She is tall and thin enough to paripate in Vietnam nexttop model. Not only does she have a pretty appearance but she also has good characteriss. When I feel sad, nervous or stressful, she is always by my side and encourage me to overcome difficult challenges in my life. I'm so grateful for it. Moreover, she once said that:" If oneday you feel crying, call me..I don't promise that i will make you laugh..but i can cry with you" In addition to that, we have unforgetable experience. In 1997, I was drowning when she appeared and secured me from the Death and since then, we has become closed fiends. We share a lot of things such as dreas, jobs, hobbies,.. I strongly believe that our relationship is lasting forever.

Let me tell you about my family. I live with my mum, my dad and my big sister. We live in Ho Chi Minh city. My mum's name is Linh. She's short and slim, she's got long, black hair and brown eyes. She's a teacher. My dad's name is Nam. He's tall and a little fat! He's got short brown hair and blue eyes. He works in a bank. My sister Huyen is 14 and she loves listening to music. She listens to music all the time! She's got long brown hair and greeen eyes, me. I've got long hair too. We've got a pet dog, Kiki. He's black and wwhite and very friendly. I love my family very much.

There are four people in my family: my parents, my younger sister and I. My father is a 45-year-old engineer. He spends most of his time in the building sites. That’s why he has a tanned skin. As soon as he comes home, he turns on the television to watch the news, relaxes for a while and then he takes a shower. In case my mother doesn’t cook for the dinner yet, my father is very happy to join hand and help her. Talk about my mother, she is a 40-year-old primary school teacher. In every morning, she is the one who wakes up earliest to prepare the breakfast, clothes and necessary things for my father, me and my sister. After we leave home to work or study, my mother will have a quick breakfast and drive to the primary school. After school, she runs fast to the market, buys some fresh food and backs to home to cook lunch. My father doesn’t come home in the noon so only three of us eat and talk to each other during lunch. However, the lunch is still prepared very scrupulous. In general, my mother is a gentle caring woman and sometimes she is very strict. I have a younger sister who will be 8 years old in the next October. My sister is pretty, docile and hard study. On every weekend, I take her to the park to have fun and we will buy some tasty ice creams. We quite close and sometimes she makes me very angry because of her negligent habit. The last person in my family is me. I am studying in the second year of Business Administration major at Hong Bang University. My schedule is changed frequently and I am also trying to get a scholarship to study abroad in Canada next year so I don’t spend much time to my family. But any time when I am free I try to help my mother in household chores and take care of my sister. In my family, each person has a different responsibility but we always stand together to enjoy happiness moments, overcome the difficult time and solve the problems. I understand that there is nothing that is more important than my family. I love my parents and my lovely sister so much.
