At the end of the school year, to celebrate memorable moments with friends before summer vacation, the school organizes a camp for all students.
Today, we will spend a camping trip at Yen So park, only 5 km from school. Early in the morning at 6:30, everyone gathered in the school yard. My mother took me there, bringing many supplies, especially water and snacks like flowers, fruits and candy.
At 7 o'clock we set off. It only took 15 minutes, we arrived at Yen So park. Large space, lake and cool green trees create fresh air. The teachers divided into groups and announced the schedule, we started setting up tents. The large tent, comfortable for six people, is decorated with balloons and flashing lights, creating a beautiful and lively space.
At noon, each class prepares its own meal, the younger class chooses a light meal with meatloaf, fruit and soft drinks. Other classes enjoy grilled meat or instant noodles. In the afternoon, we participated in group games such as tug of war, blindfolded goat catching, which was truly a very fun experience. At 6 p.m., everyone got on the bus to return to school, ending the meaningful camping session.
On the way home and even when going to sleep, my mind still remembered the camping trip, the wonderful emotions never faded.

In conclusion, the celebration of foreign festivals should be seen as an enriching addition to, rather than a replacement for, Vietnamese culture.
