Young Farmer

At the age of four, Gavin Clark knew the names of each one of his neighbour’s cows. By ten, he was selling chickens and eggs to his friends, and was winning prizes for them at farm shows. Now, at thirteen, he still loves farming and has his own animals. Presents for Gavin are not a problem – every year he gets another animal from his parents and brother.Gavin’s father, Steven, works for an international company and travels all over the world. Gavin has visited many exciting places in Europe with his father, but he is much happier doing his weekend job on his neighbour’s farm. Hello, my name is Nhat Duy. My school's name is Le Quy Don secondary school. It is not far from our house. I go to my school every day on foot. My school is exactly beautiful and big. There is a small playground in our school-compound. During the break time, we play there. We play many sports such as volley-ball, badminton. There are two swings on the side, We swing there merrily. We also have a good library on the ground floor of the school-building. Our librarian is Ms Thuy Linh. She helps us in selecting good books. We take books on loan to read. The students of our school are gentle and disciplined. There is not much noise in our school. Our Principal is very strict. But he is also kind to all. I am happy as a student of my school. I love my school, my classmates, and my teachers. My school is my second home.

My high school is always kept in my mind, not simply as a place to gain knowledge, but more importantly it is an indispensable piece of my juvenility. It is a great construction built by french in battle and then years after, rebuilt by vietnamese citizens. It is in the center area of the city with many facilities surrounding. It follows the well-closed architecture with buildings arranged in O shape and a schoolyard inside. I has considered this school as home because I was mentally brought up here. I had enthusias and considerate teachers, and understanding and sympathe friends. that explains why this school has been of great significance to me.
