I just received your email. How are you doing? Lately, I’ve been listening to a lot of songs to ease my stress.  My favorite kind of music is pop. Pop is upbeat. It makes you want to dance and sing along. Most of the new worship songs fall under the category of pop and rap. My church has a band that plays really good Christian worship songs. When they play, it sounds  you really are at a concert. Everyone dances and sings along in my church. This is why I pop. What about you, Odin? What kind of music do you ?

Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. I always enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. I love Pho and I can eat it every morning without boring.

Everyone has his or her own favorite kinds of food, but what I love to eat is a little bit weird for the others. Besides all of the delicious and luxurious dishes that one can eat, boiling bindweed is my favorite food. When I was a kid, my family was not very wealthy; so we do not have many choices of food. My mother usually bought bindweed as the green in our meals since it was one of the cheapest vegetables of that time. It can be said that I had been eating bindweed for almost everyday for such a long time, and it gradually became what I must have on my table. The way to make this dish is very simple. First, we need to choose the cleanest and freshest parts of the bindweed, and then we put them in the boiling water. After that, we add a pinch of salt and a spoon of cooking oil to make it tastier and greener. It is a great side dish for every meal, because it is easy to eat and goes very well with other food. When we have a lot of meat, we can eat it together with the bindweed so we will not be tired of it. Besides, bindweed also has a lot of vitamins and is a rich source of fibre, therefore eating it can have positive impacts on our bodies. Although it seems simple, I only consider it is the most delicious when my mother makes it. Boiling bindweed is such a familiar dish to Vietnamese people, and I think it is also interesting when I love to eat it that much.

A hobby that I enjoy is using the computer. Surfing the internet is what I usually do whenever I have free time.

No one can deny the benefits of Internet. Information resources are probably the biggest advantage that Internet offers to people. Internet is a wonderful source of information. All kind of information on any topic is available on the Internet at anytime. I love searching things on Google. It’s a very useful tool from the Internet, we can know everything with just one mouse click.

Becoming knowledgeable is also a great benefit of using Internet. I spend a lot of time on the Internet for reading news. All latest news is continuously up-to-date on the Internet on various news sites. I often visit E-newspaper websites to read hot daily news. I can know everything such as current issues that happen in this world, what happen to our country, celebrities life, recent fashion, and other news that can enhance my knowledge. I would rather using Internet for updating news because it is available everywhere at anytime.

In conclusion, people increasingly spend their leisure time using Internet because it is a helpful tool where people can learn new things and keep informed of information around the world. Internet turns the world into the speed generation. As the Internet saves us much time, we can have enough time to do other things. The internet is a marvelous creation in this generation.

Tất cả các tin tức mới nhất liên tục được cập nhật trên Internet ở các trang web tin tức khác nhau. Tôi thường xuyên ghé thăm các trang báo mạng để đọc tin tức nóng hàng ngày. Tôi có thể biết tất cả mọi thứ như các vấn đề hiện tại xảy ra trên thế giới, những gì xảy ra với đất nước chúng ta, cuộc sống của những người nổi tiếng, thời trang gần đây, và tin tức khác có thể nâng cao tri thức của tôi. Tôi thích sử dụng Internet để cập nhật tin tức hơn vì nó có sẵn ở khắp mọi nơi và tại bất cứ lúc nào.

Kết lại, mọi người ngày càng dành nhiều thời gian rảnh của họ để sử dụng Internet bởi vì nó là một công cụ hữu ích, nơi mọi người có thể học hỏi những điều mới và cập nhật thông tin trên toàn thế giới. Internet biến thế giới thành một thế hệ tốc độ. Vì Internet tiết kiệm nhiều thời gian cho chúng ta, chúng ta có thời gian để làm những việc khác. Internet là một sáng tạo tuyệt vời trong thời đại này.
