Yesterday my family moved to a new mansion near the beach which has many rooms. My favourite one is my bedroom.
It’s on the second floor, opposite to a bathroom so it’s quite convenient to go to the restroom whenever I want. It doesn’t have many furniture: a small desk at the corner of the room, a wardrobe where I put my clothes and some of my teddy bears and a warm bed. Although it looks plain at first, but then I decorated it with some hand – made flowers so it looks amazing now.

I´m going to describe my house
My house is near fair-ground of getafe — My house is near El Recinto Ferial, an area in Getafe.
My house is in on the a ground floor. It is a medium-size house.
When you come in, there is a small hall. In front of / Next to the hall, there is a dining room. In the dining room you can find a black sofa, a table with chairs, a big TV set and a sunny big balcony of 70 square meters. On the left, you can find the kitchen. It’s very small.
My house has 3 bedrooms. The first room is mine. In my bedroom there is a computer and a single bed. The next room is my parent’s bedroom. it has a double bed. and the last bedroom is a the guest room
My house is nice, bright and very cosy!

After stress and pressure in life, one always has a place to come back called home. I love decorating my own bedroom. My bedroom is on the second floor near my parents’ bedroom. There is a double bed for my younger sister and me. I usually lie above her so that it is easier for me to study late at night without annoying her. The room has a big wood wardrobe, which contains all of our clothes such as: dress, jean, t-shirt and sock. Beside, my mother bought us a dressing table on my 15th birthday; therefore, I put all the makeup-stuff and bandeau here. In the corner stand a large bookshelf in order to store books, academic document as well as family passe-partout. Next to it is a table with a desktop so as to help us investigate more knowledge on the internet. My sister and I really enjoy decorating the room with sticker such as: mickey, boo bear, hello kitty, angry bird and so on. Beside, we also stick glow-in-the-dark tape on the ceiling and it turn out to light when darkness comes. Moreover, the room is designed with pink and deep blue so it brings us cozy and fresh feeling when putting step into it. The bathroom is in my room too. It is quite small but always clean and restful as we tidy it up every week. My father suggests having a bathtub; however, we don’t agree since we enjoy having a shower instead of lying in tub. Bedroom is a resting place after a hard studying day; hence we always clean it up so that it is neat and comfortable.

I hope this letter finds you in the best of health. It has been more than a year since we got together. I enjoyed the time we spent together last time you visited and having a plan to have more fun this summer when we will be together.
Anyway, the reason I am writing this letter to you is I am moving to a new house. As you know that I had a difficult time last year in monsoon when my roof and walls got damped and started dripping water after which made me to spend on new carpets and furniture’s. Therefore I decided to move to another house that does not have the same issues.
Let me tell you about this new locality and house I am moving in, it is in a posh area of the city, which is clean and green. We have security guards and burglar alarm facilities available that give me sense of security and along with these facilities this new house has 4 bedrooms and every bedroom has an attached bath, one lounge and spacious kitchen. The interior is very beautiful.
I cannot wait to see you again. And don’t forget to give my love to all your family.

Hi! How are you? I'll write to you about my future house. It will be a great joy or happiness for everyone if we can own a house designed by ourselves. A house in my dream is not necessarily a large house, as long as it fits my style and character. A house located on the outskirts of town will be very suitable for me to enjoy a serene life. It will be a two- storey house facing west-south side. Moreover, my house can not be lack of a large garden surrounded by thousands of different colors of flowers and fruits. I it the most when having a breakfast or enjoying night views in my own garden. Simplicity is beauty, this explains why I would prefer an airy space rather than a well- equipped house. However, the house should have basic necessities in the kitchen and bathroom to serve all my demands in daily life. In addition, I will use bright color tones for the whole house, especially my bedroom to make it more spacious. My bedroom will be more perfect and ideal if it has a balcony where i could smell the fragrance from the garden as well as enjoy the sound of the birds in the morning. Besides, I also have an intention of having a small garage and storage. In conclusion, nothing but a suitable house for my lifestyles will fulfill my future dream.

I am writing this letter to give you great news on my newly purchased house. I hope you are doing well and sorry for not being in touch for such a long time. I was too busy in moving [in]to [our] new house.
As you know, our old house was not that specious[spacious] and had only two bedrooms. With [the] addition [of] my baby girl[,] we needed a bigger house. [Our old] Neighborhood was also not that great and it was very far from Ben's office. It took [a ] long time to buy this new house,{I think "long time to find" is better - it sounds like you are saying the buying process itself was long} but believe me this is [a ]great one! My son is very happy to be at this new house. We have 3 specious[spacious] bedrooms, a big size[large] living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. My baby girl has a great space to crawl [around]. It has a small backyard with a pet[dog] house for our doggy - Raju.
More importantly, this new house is very close to Ben's office. Now he is starting late to office {this sounds odd - maybe "Now he leaving for the office later"} and reaching[getting] back home early. Ben is also happy to give quality time for us, instead of wasting his time on long travel and traffic jams.
This Sunday, if you are available[,] please visit our new house; I am sure you will like it.
