1/ FRIED RICE
We will prepare: 1-2 green onions, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, 4 tablespoons of oil, 4 cups of cold cooked rice, 1-2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
Firstly, we beat the eggs with salt, pepper, onion. Then we heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil. When the oil is hot, pour the the mixture into the pan. When it is hot, take it out and clean out the pan. Next, we add 2 tablespoons oil, add the rice, stir-fry for a few minutes, using chopsks to break it apart, stir in the soy sauce. When the rice is heated through, we add the mixture back into the pan. Remember to serve hot.

I want to provide food, clothes and blankets for street children. I want to do it because I want to share the things I have with children who are in need. I hope no child will be hungry and cold. I will cook food and bring it to street children on the weekends. I will also encourage my friends to donate clothes and blankets to them.

I think community service is very important in social life. As you know, our social life has both the rich and the poor people. So it is necessary for us to take part in volunteer activities to help poor people and elderly people.
One, it is easy for us to collect clothes which we don't need for poor and needy people. Besides, we can join in volunteer activities in our country on Tet, Summer,etc. We spend some time talking with older people, share wih poor children. through this activities, it helps me develop better leadership skills by orgnizing fund raising, food drives and so on.
Do you think give blood? Oh, i think that we ought to give blood every year because many people are in need them.
Overcome community service, we wil get to do many interest things and take part in volunteer activities is a good idea.
All in all, we know that we can and will make a difference in people's lives everyday. I hope all of us will join in volunteer activities and you can bring joyful or only smile for everyone. Why don't we take part in activities on this Summer holiday?

I want to raise funds for Street children. I want to do it because we will be able to provide them with food and books. They will no longer be hungry. They will be able to read. I will ask my friends to help me. We will make postcards and sell them.

I would like to tell you about my favourite dish.It's beef noodles soup.It's a special kind of VietNamese soup.We call it ''Pho''.It is very popular anf has a great taste.We can enjoy it all meals during the day.The rice noodles are made from the best rice and the broth is made by stewing the bones of cows for a long time.We can eat with vegetables and chili sauce.It's very delicious!

In Vietnam, almost everyone, has been a volunteer work and I have too. At my age, I have not been donate blood so I often donate books, toys and clothes for street children and homeless people. I often do this work with my mother. Latest here on Sunday, I with my mother was used to donate books and clothes for a charity organization. In here, I met the orphans children. I played with them. Then I gave candies to them. They were all very happy.Some people think doing volunteer work is waste of time but in my opinion, doing volunteer work help me relax after school and it help me healthy. When I doing this work, I feel very happy to bring happiness to them.
