Noise pollution is one of the popular types of pollution nowadays. The definition of noise disturbance is the disturbing or excessive noise that may harm the activity or balance of human or animal life. Noise pollution is the result of the noise of machine and transportation systems, motor vehicles, aircrafts, and trains. Although noise contamination doesn't cause some serious effects like air pollution, water pollution, or soil pollution, it also had bad impact on human life. In a high level, noise disturbance can contribute to cardiovascular effects in human and an increased incidence of coronary artery disease. In animals, noise can increase the risk of death by altering predator or prey detection and avoidance, interfere with reproduction and navigation, and contribute to permanent hearing loss.

During my summer break, which was right after I finished my 9th-grade exams and got promoted to 10th grade, I have been keeping myself busy with various activities. Firstly, I spent some quality time with my family. We went on a short trip to the beach, enjoying the sun, sand, and waves together. It was a refreshing and relaxing experience that rejuvenated my spirits.
Apart from that, I also dedicated a significant portion of my summer to enhancing my English language skills. I enrolled in an English language course where I had the opportunity to practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The classes were engaging and interactive, allowing me to make new friends with whom I could practice conversing in English.
Furthermore, I engaged in recreational activities to make the most of my holidays. I indulged in my hobbies like reading books, painting, and playing sports. These activities not only provided me with enjoyment but also helped me develop new skills and broaden my horizons.
To balance my productive and leisure activities, I made sure to allocate some time for relaxation as well. I enjoyed watching movies, spending time with friends, and exploring new places in my city. These moments gave me a chance to unwind and create beautiful memories with my loved ones.

I have traveled to many places and experienced many different cities. However, my favorite city is Danang. Danang is known as the most livable city in Vietnam. Here the air is very fresh. Everyone here is extremely friendly. In many other cities, many theft, in Da Nang, theft is strictly handled. Peace of mind makes people feel secure to live. Danang has very pleasant weather. There are many famous tourist spots here. I really like the beach in Danang. When I was in Da Nang, I somehow felt all the good things in this life. I suddenly forgot the hustle of Hanoi. Instead, I’m living my own self-satisfaction. The consciousness of the people here is very good. Due to the measurement, the traffic condition is also excellent.
