I think the app would decrease the number of arguments in your family. At first, this can cause a lot of arguments because the children aren't used to using no devices while eating. However, after one or two weeks, the children can have a new healthy habit without smartphones or tablets during mealtimes. After that, they will feel free to share everything with their family and like to have good moments when the family are eating together. Therefore, everyone can understand each other more clearly, enjoying quality time and even the number of arguments would decrease.

Living in a family of four, everyone has private space for work and hobbies. However, there is one thing I don’t like about living in a nuclear family is that I sometimes feel lonely when my parents go away for work. I live in an extended family with my grandparents, my parents, my brother and me. My family is big, so there is always a lot of fun. My brother and I receive full care from my parents as well as grandparents. My grandparents take care of us when my parents are busy at work, so we never feel lonely. However, when living in an extended family, we have no privacy because there are so many member. It may cause conflicts sometimes.

- In my opinion, too much time spent on social media and games is the most likely to cause arguments in the family. For example, I have one younger brother, he is 14 years old, and he really likes playing on his smartphone. He can spend all of his free time using smartphone for entertainment and games. As a result, he ignores his studying and my mom and my dad have to force him to study a lot but he doesn't like it. This makes my parents angry and unsatisfied. They always shout at my brother, and he is becoming more and more aggressive. Therefore, my family always has an argument about this problem.

Ice skating has a history of thousands of years. Archaelogists have discovered skates made from animal bone. It seems that bone skates were used until the introduction of iron into Scandinavia about the year 200 AD. Among the Scandinavian upper classes, skating was seen as an essential skill.

In the early 20th century, skating was stylish and reserved, but at the 1924 Winter Olympics, 11-year-old Sonja Henie introduced a more athletic attitude which inspired a new wave of popularity. Nowadays art and athletics are combined and modern skating is both graceful and physically demanding.

For the beginner, balance and control are still important and speed can only increase with proficiency. The position of your body plays a great part in the balance. Legs slightly bowed and the knees bent keep the body weight centred; in effect the body leans slightly forward in this position. For skating, probably more than any other sport or recreation, relaxation is vital.

For the starting position, the heels shoould almost be touching and the feet should be turned outwards. While pushing forward with the back foot, you make a very small movement with the other foot. Fairly easy, isn't it? If you can keep this up for a while, you can then slowly increase the length of your movements as you gain experience.

Knowing how to fall must be learned among the skater's first skills. Even the best of the professionals fall. In order to fall without injury, you should be as relaxed as possible.
