Read the essay. What is the writer's opinion about the problem? How many solutions does she propose?

Most people agree that the lack of exercise in teenagers' lives is a serious problem. But what are the causes of this problem and what can we do to address them?

I strongly believe that today's teenagers spend too much time playing on electronic gadgets. They hardly ever do outdoor activities and this is why many of them do not get enough exercise. What is more, many teenagers are overweight and this makes them less willing to do exercise.

In order to tackle this problem, a number of measures are necessary. In my view, it is unrealistic to limit the amount of time teenagers spend on gadgets. What I propose instead is that we make sure school canteens only serve healthy food. Furthermore, I would strongly recommend that we give all teenagers free membership of their local sports facilities.

To conclude, lack of exercise can cause long-term health problems, so it is vital that we act now. It seems to me that the measures I propose will begin to remedy the situation.

The writer's opinion is that the lack of exercise in teenagers' lives is a serious problem, caused by spending too much time on electronic gadgets and being overweight.

The writer proposes two solutions:

(Người viết đề xuất hai giải pháp)

- Making sure school canteens only serve healthy food.

(Đảm bảo căng tin trường học chỉ phục vụ thức ăn lành mạnh.)

- Giving all teenagers free membership of their local sports facilities.

TV host: Good evening, everyone. Welcome to Teens' World. Today we have in our studio Dr. Janet Harrison. She's a psychologist who has worked on teen issues for many years. Welcome to our program, Dr. Harrison.

Dr. Harrison: Thank you for having me here.

TV host: You told us that you'd like to discuss a serious teen problem today. What's it?

Dr. Harrison: Well, it's body shaming - the act of making fun of someone because of his or her appearance.

TV host: Oh, I recall being called 'fat' and 'ugly' by one of my classmates when I was at secondary school. Is this an example of body shaming?

Dr. Harrison: I'm sorry to hear that, and yes, it is. Although body shaming is not a new topic, it has recently become more common. You see, as more and more young people are using the Internet, body shaming happens mainly online now. People often post offensive comments or photos about others, and invite others to join them.

TV host: That sounds terrible!

Dr. Harrison: It is. Body shaming can lead to long-term health consequences and damage people's mental health. The most common problems are depression and low self- confidence.

TV host: So do you have any suggestion for teenagers who are often the victims?

Dr. Harrison: Well, the first thing they should do is...

Nowadays, while a lot of students live and study in good physical condition, there are still many students with visual impairments. They are facing a lot of discrimination in life. They may feel that they are treated less fairly than normal students because of their disabilities. In regular schools, they cannot fully paripate in school activities and are often left behind. What can we do to help them overcome their problems? First, people should pay more attention to them and know what they need. They have different learning difficulties! However, that does not mean that they cannot learn. Therefore, schools should provide them with special materials and tools such as Braille or large print books, talking computers or materials with large print. By giving them these things, we can help them learn better.Secondly, there should be more close contacts between students with visual impairment and non-disabled ones. People should create an atmosphere of friendliness and respect during all activities at school. When working together with students with visual impairments, people will fully understand them and may recognize the talents hidden inside them. This is something that all people in our society should do.It is necessary for all people to give students with visual impairments more opportunities in life, and should integrate them into our community because they are part of our society. Better understanding students with visual impairments and creating more contacts between non-disabled people and disabled people will help students with visual impairments overcome their setbacks.
