$=|\sqrt{7}-4|+\sqrt{7+1-2\sqrt{7}}=|\sqrt{7}-4|+\sqrt{(\sqrt{7}-1)^2}$

$=4-\sqrt{7}+|\sqrt{7}-1|=4-\sqrt{7}+\sqrt{7}-1=3$
