Hue is located in central Vietnam on the banks of Perfume River. In 1802, Hue was chosen to be Vietnam’s capital by Emperor Gia Long. It remained the nation’s capital until 1945 when Emperor Bao Dai chose Hanoi as nation’s capital. Hue consists of two parts, the Imperial city and market to the North and newer buildings to the South. Along the Perfume River, you can find it interesting to visit about 100 architectural works which reflect the life of Emperors and mandarins under Nguyen Dynasty. If you visit Hue in formal occasions, you may have a chance to enjoy Royal Music, which was proclaimed by UNESCO as a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity in December 1993.

Playing sport is necessary because it brings about physical strength and mental power to the person involved in this on regular basis. Outdoor sports such as football, cricket, volleyball, hockey, running, etc help in improving physical health and mental fitness. However, some indoor games and sports brain games, chess, Sudoku, etc improve mental power and concentration level.
Sports and games are very beneficial to us as they teach us punctuality, patient, discipline, teamwork and dedication. Being involved in the sports activities helps us in getting protected with numerous diseases such as arthritis, obesity, heart problems, diabetes, etc.

Each summer vacation, I am taken to the countryside by my parents so as to relax after a hard working term. I really like the life here. In rural areas, there are not as many houses and vehicles as in the city. As the result, the atmosphere is quite fresh and cool. Most people mainly travel by bicycle or on foot. The landscape is very poetic and picturesque. There are many gardens, rivers here. We can grow vegetables or chickens, fish,... on our own. The local are very kind, generous and friendly. They are willing to give directions to strangers and help each other in difficult times. Whenever we are away, we can relievedly ask our neighbors to keep our houses and children . Another thing that we especially like is that in the countryside, we are reconciled to nature so that the soul is always open and the body is healthy. Living in the countryside is fun and wonderful. In the future, I really want to live here.

Ở nông thôn không có nhiều nhà cửa,xe cộ đi lại như ở thành phố nên không khí khá trong lành và mát mẻ. Mọi người chủ yếu đi lại bằng xe đạp hay đi bộ. Khung cảnh rất nên thơ, đẹp như tranh vẽ. Ở đây có rất nhiều những vườn tược, sông ngòi. Chúng ta có thể tự tay trồng những loại rau củ hay nuôi gà, nuôi cá,... Người dân ở đây rất tốt bụng, phóng khoáng và thân thiện. Họ sẵn sàng chỉ đường cho người lạ và giúp đỡ nhau những lúc khó khăn. Mỗi khi đi xa, ta có thể yên tâm nhờ hàng xóm trông hộ nhà cửa, con cái. Một điều nữa mà mình đặc biệt thích là ở nông thôn, chúng ta được giao hòa với thiên nhiên bởi vậy mà tâm hồn lúc nào cũng rộng mở và cơ thể thì khỏe mạnh. Cuộc sống ở nông thôn thật thú vị và tuyệt vời. Trong tương lai, mình rất muốn sống ở đây.

I living in the countryside because of some reasons. Environmentally speaking, it is a peaceful place. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without
worrying much about environmental pollution.
As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city. While urban security situation is always complicated with all kinds of crimes, rural areas are much more secure because most of countrymen are friendly and ready to help one another.
Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things
are very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better residence than cities.
Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. At Tet, spring fairs are organized, streets and public buildings are brightly decorated and almost all shops are crowded with people shopping for Tet. At home, every is tidied, special food is cooked, offerings of food, fresh water, flowers and betel are made on the family altar with burning joss- sks scenting the air. First-footing is made when the lucky visitor comes and children are given lucky money wrapped in a red tiny envelope. Tet is also a time for peace and love. During Tet, children often behave well and friends, relatives and neighbors give each other best wishes for the new year.
All of the special holidays in my country, I Tet the most. Tet is an occasion to everyone get together in warm atmosphere. Before Tet holiday, Everyone prepares many things and decorates their house. I plant a lot of flowers in front of my house and buy many things such as clothes, foods ...
Besides, most of the streets also are decorated beautifully with colorful lights and flowers. During Tet, I spends more time on visiting my relatives, friends and colleagues. Especially, I give to each other the best wishes for the new year. Tet is an opportunity for children receive lucky money. There is a funny thing that people try to avoid argument or saying any bad things at Tet. I love Tet holiday!
I've learnt English since grade sixth. It's not soon but it's also not late with me to learn English. English is very important when you want to find a job. It's one of the competition with other candidates when you want to work in a professional environment. Luckily, I know that and I've tried to learn English since I was a student. In my opinion, listening and writing are the most difficulties, talking and reading is easier a little bit. To learn vocabulary well, I usually take note the new words and repeat any time I'm free or have chance. To listen English well, I listen more and more, watch the films that have English subtitle or listen to English songs. To talk English well, I often talk day by day with my friends, specially I make friends with some foreigners and talk with them. And finally, to read and write English well, I have to know new words as much as possible, otherwise I have to learn grammar very well. Moreover, we can read English News to know what happening in the world, listen to our favourite English songs or play games in free time. And it is very useful for us to relax after hard working days. Learning English brings us many opportunities to catch up the age. We can broaden knowledge and study many things from it.
