How to keep your health?Firstly you should ensure peasonal hygiene.You should wash and clean your body every day,clean your hands before meals.You had better brush your teeth at least twice a day.Secondly,there are a lot of food so you ought to have a balance diet.You should eat a variety of food without eating too much of anything.Moderation is very important,eat the food you enjoy but don’t have too much.This will help you stay fit ang healthy.Thirdly,Exercise and sports are also important role in your lives.You ought to do exercises or play sport one or two hours a day.We all need exercises.In short,following these guidelines and enjoy the food you eat that is the key to a healthy lifestyle.

It's great to be healthy. When you're healthy, you are happy. When you're healthy, you feel great. Read this article to know how to be healthy.

Maintain a good diet. Your health largely relies on a healthy diet. Eat a variety of nutritious foods such as vegetables, fruits, bread, meat and beans.

Exercise every day. After you eat food, your body gets calories, but the extra calories turn into fat, so exercising burns the extra calories.

Have good oral hygiene. You need to care for your teeth and gums. If you don't care for them, they will start to rot and decay away. You can't chew without teeth, so brush and floss your teeth everyday and use mouthwash occasionally.

Have good basic hygiene. Staying clean makes you feel fresh and maybe a nice smell. So everyday hop on to the shower or bath and use some shampoo (and body wash if you like). The instructions should be on the bottle.

A person with good health and fitness becomes able to live his/her life to its fullest extent. It is very important for a person in life to be physically and mentally fit to live a healthy and happy life. Healthy and fit people become less prone to the medical conditions. Fitness does not mean to be physically fit only, it also means with healthy mental state of the person. One can get healthy mental state if he/she becomes physically fit. The simple way to remain healthy and fit is having stress free mind with regular exercise and balanced diet. People who maintain their ideal weight become less prone to the cardiac and other health problems. People who are physically active can easily maintain a relaxed state of mind. Healthy and fit people can easily face all the ups and downs of their life and less affected by any drastic change.

So many ways to keep our health, but it not easy, we need more persistence to stay healthy. This is some way :

1. Eat a Healthy Diet

The basics of healthy eating are actually quite straightforward. You should focus on fruits, vegetables and whole grains and keep red meat to a minimum. Taking a multivitamin with folate every day is a great nutrition insurance policy.

2. Exercise Regularly

Few things are as good for you as regular physical activity. While it can be hard to find the time, it’s important to fit in at least 30 minutes of activity every day. More is even better, but any amount is better than none.

3. Don’t Smoke

You’ve heard it before: If you smoke, quitting is absolutely the best thing you can do for your health. Yes, it’s hard, but it’s also far from impossible. More than 1,000 Americans stop for good every day.
