\(=\frac{a-\sqrt{a}-12}{a+\sqrt{a}-6}=\frac{\left(\sqrt{a}-4\right)\left(\sqrt{a}+3\right)}{\left(\sqrt{a}+3\right)\left(\sqrt{a}-2\right)}=\frac{\sqrt{a}-4}{\sqrt{a}-2}\)
