Ingredients:
- 180 g beef steak
- 100g butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp choppep pasley
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Trim the steak nicely, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 20 g butter in a pan until hot. add steak and fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Turn it over and fry for another 2 minutes.

My bedroom is the most comfortable place in my house. It becomes my favorite room since I lived in this house five years ago. For me my bedroom is my little palace.

There are four people in my family: my parents, my younger sister and I. My father is a 45-year-old engineer. He spends most of his time in the building sites. That’s why he has a tanned skin. People still travel on the repairing roads, and the roads are more and more narrow. We also can build the tunnels but it is very costly. Viet Nam has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, Ha Noi is a monsoonal tropical country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, the roads are flooded because all the waste pipes are stuck by rubbish and become very dirty.

There are some roads which are narrow and swampy when there is heavy ram.Moreover , some young people drive on the road dangerously.They do not respect the traffic rules stricly and they even play on the street with their motors.
