⇔ |x-1|=x+3

TH1: x-1≥0 ⇔ x≥1

2. Ta có: 

\(\sqrt{x}>0\Rightarrow\dfrac{\sqrt{x}+1}{\sqrt{x}+2}>0\) hay \(M>0\)
